• Shaikh Isa bin Ali House - The residence of Sheikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, this house served as both his home and the center of his government. It stands as one of the finest examples of Gulf Islamic architecture on the island.

• Mohammed Bin Faris House of Sout Music - Located off Shaikh Hamad Avenue and near the souq, this small house once belonged to the celebrated Bahraini oud player and songwriter Mohamed bin Faris. It has recently been transformed into a museum honoring the late musician.
• Arad Fort - Situated in the Arad area of Muharraq, Arad Fort is a 15th-century fort built in the traditional style of Islamic forts before the Portuguese invasion of Bahrain in 1622 A.D. This fort is one of Bahrain’s compact defensive structures.
• Shaikh Ebrahim Center - This newly constructed building, featuring traditional architecture, is located in the heart of old Muharraq. It was built on land that was originally part of the house and forum of Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, an intellectual and literary figure from the early 20th century. The design includes a large Islamic arch, mashrabiya (traditional windows), and gypsum panels adorned with Arabic calligraphy.
