Great days trekking - We were lucky and had a tour group of just two. Eat was a great guide and had a great sense of humour and great English. The bush cooked meal using bamboo was delicious. I would highly recommend this company.

A BEAUTIFUL KOURNEE - A really great treck with beautiful scenery, very friendly guides, info along the way and a meal cooked in surprising bamboo 😜. We have covered more than 9 kms with coasts and trails surrounded by nature, so you have to be in shape to enjoy this day to the fullest.

Bush Bashing and Bamboo Cooking - The bamboo lunch, from preparation to cooking to eating, was a real surprise. Unforgettable and very tasty. The trek included great views, an invigorating dip in a waterfall and relatively natural village visits. The guides were fun, helpful and expert navigators (and bush bashers!). The handmade chopsticks are now a treasured possession.

Exiting hike - Hike in the rainforest was really exciting. Our guide and chef were very funny guys and the food was delicious. We would recommend bringing with you at least two liters of water. Long pants and hiking boots would be good as well. Some level of fitness is needed because the trail contains several ascents (we did around 500 m).

Amazing One-Day Trek with Bamboo Cooking and Waterfall in Chiang Rai - We had an unforgettable experience on this one-day trekking tour in Chiang Rai! Our guide, James, was fantastic—he had so much knowledge about the different local peoples and their traditions, and he shared it with us in such an engaging way. He also knew a lot about the plants and nature around us, explaining different species as we walked through the beautiful landscape. The highlight of our tour was definitely the bamboo cooking and the waterfall. The bamboo cooking was absolutely fascinating—we finally understood how this traditional technique works, and it was amazing to see how simple yet effective it is. The food was delicious, and it was surprising how easily it could be prepared using bamboo. The waterfall was breathtaking, the perfect place to cool off and take in the beauty of nature. Throughout the trek, James was incredibly patient and never rushed us, allowing us to take small breaks whenever we needed them. His calm and relaxed attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an authentic and immersive trekking experience in Chiang Rai, we highly recommend this tour!

Highlight guaranteed! - Just finished this fantastic day and can’t recommend highly enough. Our guides, James (Bond), Wat (see you tomorrow) & Tee were terrific from start to finish and having Loong the dog leading the way, as well as the guys brilliant humor was great for moral during some tough hill climbs. These guys really did make the entire day so much fun! Wear comfortable, good shoes, cover up against the elements, use insect repellent and carry plenty of water. This is a tour that gives a truly authentic taste of rural Thailand. With bamboo jungles, rubber/pineapple/tea/corn plantations, local friendly villages, gorgeous happy children, dogs & free ranging chickens galore, the day was jam packed. The views are spectacular. Experiencing the unique and clever way they prepared and cooked our feast for lunch as well as all the utensils was so cool. But for me, sitting under the waterfall, looking up at the leaves gently falling down around us in the beautiful forest will be an image I will remember for ever. I left feeling a deep appreciation for Thailand that I hope everyone gets the chance to experience. The sense of achievement as you’re passing through the country heading home, having met new friends and having made some incredible memories is well worth the effort.

A great day out - This was a great day, away from the bustle and we were looked after well by Mo and Wat. More of a mini hike, than just a walk, there were a few short steep sections and boulders to scramble around, but Mo ensured that the pace was relaxed with plenty of water breaks. We learned a lot about the trees and crops we passed by, especially bamboo. The day’s highlight was lunch where all the utensils were made from bamboo either along the walk or at the lunch stop. A real memory made from my time in Thailand.
