Honeymoon trip of our dreams - My husband and I booked this private tour for our honeymoon to visit the popular temples in the area. On this tour we were able to customize our day, giving us flexibility to see everything we wanted. We visited the white temple, blue temple, the big Buddha and some truly memorable spots recommended by our guide.
Our guide Kear was truly exceptional. Not only an excellent driver and incredibly knowledgeable, but also a talented photographer who made sure we captured wonderful memories throughout the day. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about us having the best possible experience. His attention to detail, kindness, and passion made the tour unforgettable.
If you’re looking for an authentic, well-organized, and memorable experience, we highly recommend this tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

Unforgettable Chiang Rai - Chiang Rai is a hidden gem not much known to tourists of the world.
It has stunning temples, beautiful sites and a charming quietness that bewilder and amaze.
Some of the must-see places are the White Temple, The Blue Temple, The Emerald Buddha, Singha Park, The Golden Triangle, The Skywalk near the Myanmar border among others.
The city's Clock Tower has a fascinating sound and light show for 10 minutes at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.
The Night Bazaar offers shopping and dining options at very attractive rates.
Grab taxis are very reasonably priced and are reliable and punctual.
Chiang Rai shall leave a lasting impression.
Our driver-guide was Kear who conducted our sightseeing very well. His knowledge of the city and its sites was deep. A very safe driver, he took care of our needs with care and compassion.
The car "Hello Kitty" was clean and well maintained.
We strongly recommend a visit to Chiang Rai and this private trip that offers a choice of 7 sites from a menu of 21 sites to be visited in 10.30 hours.
The pickup and drop-off from the hotel adds to the convenience.
For those keen on Indian cuisine, Accha Restaurant is highly recommended for authentic North Indian food.

Excellent and Memorable Tour - It was a wonderful day. Aday was a great guide and a lovely person. He was very responsive to our needs and helpful in deciding what sites to visit. The highlights were the White Temple and Tham Leung Cave. The House of Opium was interesting but made for a long drive back to Chiang Rai at the end of the day.
It is clear that Aday is proud of Chiang Mai and knowledgeable about the sites. We especially appreciate that he took us to a restaurant where we could experience authentic Chiang Rai regional food. It was very good.
Overall, a highly enjoyable day, including interesting insights Aday provided about day-to-day life for Thai people.

10/10 Experience, Excellent Service - My driver and guide Kear gave a 10/10 experience. He was professional and enjoyable to be around, he knew the history of all the places we visited and was attentive to our needs. He cared about my well being and made sure I made the most of my trip from pick to drop off. He made my adventure more memorable with the scenic routes he took. When I return to Thailand I would book with Moong Tours again.

Solo trip to Chiang Rai - I had an amazing experience with both Mint and Kia. Mint was very knowledgeable and even taught me some of the language. I loved how they went at my pace and were always very accommodating. They went out of their way to take some of the most amazing pics of me and for me 🥹 Truly very grateful for going on this tour with them.

An amazing way to see the sights of Chiang Rai. - Firstly, communication was easy with Moong Tour so booking our private tour was straightforward. Vam our guide picked us up right on time and we settled into our vehicle for a very enjoyable days sightseeing. Throughout every stop things were explained in a very easy to understand manner in excellent English.
The whole day (9 hours ) was paced just right, plenty of time allowed to take in the whole experience.
We would thoroughly recommend this company and our guide, Vam.
Thank you for showing us so much.
