Arrival Meet and Greet
Upon landing, a personal assistant will meet travelers at the skywalk and guide them through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Immigration Lane and navigating the Arrivals Hall.
Departure Meet and Greet
A friendly hostess will meet and greet travelers at a pre-arranged location in the Departure Hall, holding a sign with their name. Assistance with Check-In is provided, and travelers are led to the Immigration Counter where a Fast Pass Voucher is included.

- Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
- Infant aged between 14 days old and 2 years old on the travel date are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult
