Great Time - Unfortunately, our tour group was unable to make the monument due to snow. Just be aware that during the winter this may be a likely possibility. That said, my buddy and I had a great time. Mindia, our tour guide, was fantastic. He made a valiant (and I mean valiant) effort to drive up the mountain to Didgori. However, when the snow got waist deep, he had to shovel the car out of the snow, and we had to turn around. As an alternative, we visited Mtsheka and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Overall, had a great time despite not making Didgori.

A Trip to Snowy Georgian Mountains - The trip was amazing from the start. Our tour guide Ira was a wonderful companion to spend this time in beautiful mountain landscapes or Georgia.
