Airport Transfer - Carla was very helpful. Good value for money. Easy to book and the cheapest in La Fortuna. Other providers were 15 dollars more.

Wonderful afternoon! - My sister and I took our father (in his 80s) on a wonderful float down the river with Mey. We so sloth and iguana, many toucans, a mot mot many sand pipers and monkeys and much more!! Mey was awesome and set the scene for a relaxing and informative few hours on the river. He has a great eye and spotted things we never would have seen and knew a lot about the animals and plants we passed. We were a bit shell-shocked from a very crowded, loud and impersonal rafting trip the day before and this after was peaceful personal and very informative for all of us!

Phenomenal service from start to end! - Phenomenal service from start to end! Great and smooth communication to arrange pick up and drop off. Driver was super friendly and arranged a couple of stops to stretch our legs and get some snacks. Highly recommend them :-)

Good price great service - Tour operator was very responsive and was able to provide me all the info I needed. I was in a flight delay and busy immigration situation and the tour operator was in contact with me all the time and could confirm with me if the shuttle will still wait as there are other passengers and we want to be mindful of their time. In the end, I made it as they waited for me and that really made my day. The driver was kind and his driving was safe. Would use volcano travel again!

It was good. They picked... - It was good. They picked us up on time and dropped us off at the location, the wifi on the bus was good. My mom just didn't like the bus, but it was very convient.

Nightmare ride - A little hectic being picked up at the airport. Our driver said she was a crazy driver and she was 100% correct. She merged in to traffic so quickly our van felt like it would tip. Several times the right tires went off the pavement on to the dirt shoulder on a narrow road. The real winner was when she hit a curb two hours in to our drive and blew a tire. My kids and I got in to an uber for the remaining hour drive. My husband stayed with the van. After the tire was changed the van wouldn’t start because the battery had died. Viator wouldn’t refund any of our money.

Proceed at your own risk - The driver took me to the wrong address and then left me in the dark and drove off despite my plea being in a strange country and Strange neighborhood this is how people lose there life
