Wish we had more time! - We could have spent all day! The house 🏠 s very interesting and the grounds even more so. Wish we could have gotten over to the distillery, but didn’t, and only had time to do a quick walk through of the museum.
We’ll be back!
We really appreciated the stop at Christ Church in Alexandria - good addition!

Half-day tour of Alexandria and DC, with a stop at Mount Vernon - It should be titled "Half-day tour of Washington DC and Alexandria, with a stop at Mount Vernon."
Our guide, Robert, was great on Alexandria and DC, but did not accompany us through Mt. Vernon.

"guided" tour/ride to Mount Vernon - Van drive seemed a bit longer than it should take. Guide did offer some historic information, he was friendly. Definitely not enough time at Mount Vernon.

Tour Cancelled - I booked the 9 am trip to Mt Vernon. That trip was cancelled because they did not have enough people. I cancelled rather than taking the 11 am that was offered due to other plans. I am awaiting my full refund.
