Absolutely amazing - From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The welcome at reception set the tone for the entire adventure — and oh my goodness, Michelle was hands down the best person we could have dealt with. She was warm, organised, calming, and genuinely excited for us. You can tell she loves what she does, and it made us feel so special and taken care of from the very beginning.
Our bus driver was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and made the journey comfortable and enjoyable. It’s the little touches and conversations that make a difference, and he nailed it.
And then… the flight. Just WOW. Our pilot was incredible — confident, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely safe while giving us the most breathtaking experience of our lives. The views were surreal, and the smooth flying made it even more magical.
This wasn’t just a helicopter ride — it was a beautifully run experience from start to finish. Thank you so much to the entire team. We are beyond grateful and will be talking about this forever.

Fun Snow Landing - Had a great experience with Heli Glenorchy. It started with the excellent service from Jess at the office in Glenorchy. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. They were also very accommodating as we did reschedule our trip due to weather. Our pilot Matt was a very nice fella and made us feel relaxed throughout the trip. He had a very good knowledge of the area and narrated a bit throughout the Snow Landing. I would recommend these folks!

great tour - A fantastic tour at a very reasonable price. i definitely recommend this trip to everybody. would like to spend some more time in Glenorky next time I visit Queenstown.
