Motovun and Groznjan half day trip - Denis was a great guide telling us all about the history of both villages as well as the history of the area on route . This was followed by free time in each of the villages and he recommended a lovely restaurant for lunch which was delicious . Thoroughly enjoyed our half day trip! These are hilltop villages and as such have cobbled streets and are hilly so not a good trip for those with mobility issues .

Wonderful trip - Both Motovun and Groznan are not to be missed. Denis was a superb guide. This was our third attempt to visit-Covid etc- but well worth the effort.

Truffles, oil foil and delicious wine! - Nice guide who can tell passionately. Good mix of local history and culinary affairs. Both Motovun and Groznjan are nice towns that are worth visiting. And don't forget to try a meal with truffles and a local wine when you're in Motovun

Great tour company - Dalibar was great! He told us a lot of history that we would not have known otherwise. The actual town was small but had amazing views.

Great Day Out For Views, History & Truffles - Fantastic day trip out from Rovinj into the mountains and hills of Croatia and Motovun. Our guide picked us up on time and was really personable and friendly, also super knowledgeable about the history of Croatia and Motovun itself. The town is beautiful and also surrounded by lovely countryside and great views and the truffle shop and tasting was a great little experience of its own, we couldn’t walk away empty handed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nice excursion destination - We visited the beautiful mountain village on a day trip. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that the path is not really suitable for strollers. The village has a beautiful view from above. The tour around the gate costs 4€. In the village itself there are many small shops where you can buy really delicious wines, oils and truffle products. Parking is available below the village. (Very expensive)

Fantastic view meets tourist hustle and bustle - Nevertheless... It's worth it, whether you walk up the 1205 steps or go by car, there are usually parking spaces available at the top, a 5 euro ticket for 2 hours. That's definitely enough to enjoy the castle and the view. The gigantic view makes up for the hustle and bustle. A lot of fuss about truffles and wine. Climbing the tower for 4 euros per adult, kids free, is another highlight. The 2 hours are also enough for a drink, and there's a huge selection in the castle or below, just touristy...

Nice view - The view was nice, but again commercial exploitation. Not much to see above other than some terraces and souvenir shops Too bad about my time
