- Kayak seats are 42 cm (16.5 in) wide, comparable to a budget airline seat
- Participants 60+ require a doctor’s medical certificate for snorkeling; those under 60 need it only for pre-existing conditions.

A must try experience! - My family of 4 had an excellent time with Nik out on the water! Everything from advising the best weather day for our excursion to teaching us newbies all about sea kayaking and snorkeling safely was handled with kindness and humor. Nik even brought rooibos tea and Okinawan donuts for a break on the beach after snorkeling. Speaking of snorkeling - the water was crystal clear and calm and we saw lots of fish, sea stars, and coral. Nik provided wetsuits, booties, snorkeling gear - all in top condition. The kayaks were easy to navigate, and Nik was happy to chat and answer questions about Okinawa as we paddled. All in all, a lovely experience that we won’t forget! Thank you, Nik!

Great day! - Nik was wonderful! The beaches along our kayaking route were beautiful. There were very few people, which was unexpected on a beautiful Sunday morning. The kayaking was easy and the snorkeling was superb! We highly recommend Nik for a great day in Okinawa!

Great morning of Kayaking & Snorkeling - Nik provided a great morning of kayaking and snorkeling. He took time to make certain we experienced the natural beauty of the island. We appreciated his patience as it was our first time snorkeling, we were able to see some amazing coral and fish. This is a great, small group tour!

Beautiful day on the water! - Our snorkel and kayak day while visiting Okinawa was absolutely fabulous thanks to Nik from Padaloha. Meeting up was easy and he and Jeff ordered up a gorgeous sunny day for us. We really appreciated the easy communication and friendly discussion about the island, community , and of course the marine life. Sea cucumbers, clams, Trumpetfish, Angelfish, Triggerfish, and many others that were so dazzling and colorful. Nik is a very experienced kayaker and offered up flexible options as we progressed through the morning. The whole experience was fantastic and highly recommend the tour with Nik!

Wonderful kayak and snorkel experience! - We had a great time on our private tour! Communication was easy and Nik even suggested we change days for better weather which was perfect. The kayak trip was peaceful and we learned about the local mangroves. The snorkel tour was amazing, the water was clear and we saw lots of fish! I would definitely recommend Nik’s tour if you are visiting Okinawa!

Great coral reef tour with very fantastic tour guide - We had a really fantastic private tour with Nik. It was my first trip in a kayak and Nik did a great job explaining everything. The coral reef that we visited by kayak was very impressive. There was no one else there apart from us, which was really nice. Nik also gave us lots of tips on what to do in Okinawa. We can highly recommend the tour to everyone!

Amazing experience - This was one of my highlights during my trip to Okinawa. WOW!!!!! Amazing to see all those tropical fish up close, and the kayaking is very easy as there are no waves (at least when I visited) so you can kayak for a long time without getting tired. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area! I think this is probably better than going to Cape Maeda to snorkel as it's private and I did not see one other person snorkeling or kayaking when I went. (but I didn't go snorkeling at Cape Maeda, just visited, so I can't fully compare)

Beautiful Day - We had the best day snorkeling and kayaking with our guide Nik. There were a surprising number of colorful fish and coral right off the beach. The water was warm and really pleasant! He really tailored the tour to our ability and the weather (water and wind currents). I’d highly recommend to get out of the city and take this tour.
