Coffee tour w/ ZAFS - I had a wonderful experience doing the coffee tour in Materuni Village with ZAFS Tours. The entire experience felt very authentic and thoughtfully organized.
It was fascinating to see the traditional coffee-making process up close—from preparing and roasting the beans to finally tasting freshly brewed coffee. The local hosts were extremely welcoming and made the experience feel warm, personal, and connected to the culture of the village.
ZAFS Tours did a great job making sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re visiting the Moshi area and want to experience local coffee culture in an authentic way, I would definitely recommend this tour. ☕

Amazing and authentic coffee tour with ZAFS Tours in Mataruni Village! highly recommend! ☕️ - I had such a wonderful experience with ZAFS Tours during the Mataruni Village coffee tour. Everything from the organization to the actual experience felt very authentic and thoughtfully arranged and mainly so so warm and homely.
The tour itself was incredible! we got to walk through the village, learn about the entire coffee-making process from bean to cup, and even participate in grinding and roasting the coffee the traditional way. It felt very immersive and not at all rushed.
What I appreciated most was how friendly and knowledgeable the team was. They made the experience fun, interactive, and very informative while also making sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. Our driver also sang and danced with us during pounding the coffee! 😂
If you’re visiting the Moshi area in Tanzania and want to experience local culture in a meaningful way, I highly recommend booking with them. It’s one of those experiences that stays with you long after the trip ends! ☕️✨

Unforgettable experience organized by ZAF - Awesome experience. Loved the way ZAF handled our group and made the day trip enjoyable. We ground our own coffee, sang songs, danced with the group and finally brewed it. Awesome.

Planning a trip for such a large group seemed daunting, but ZAF Tours made it absolutely seamless from start to finish.

Zafs Tours really knows how to take care of the guest in the most affordable price possible - The car was clean. It arrived in time. Had a very comfortable journey with the driver as well. He was well versed and very interesting.
The overall experience of the waterfall is superb! Nothing like it ever experienced!

Unforgettable memories with zafs tour - We went on a day trip to Materuni waterfalls and coffee tour, it was an amazing hike to the waterfalls with beautiful views and scenic natural beauty. The hike ends with delicious local food and freshly brewed coffee.
Also had an opportunity to go to Ngorongoro crater and experienced the mind blowing view of wildlife especially thspotting Thhe Big 5. Our tour guide, with his expertise and experience didn't made us miss the hunt too. At the end of the tour all you need is a bush lunch in a serene natural environment. Thanks to zaps tour for making our trip memorable

One of the best cultural experiences in Africa - One of the best and most authentic cultural experiences ever done in Africa. The team makes you feel at home, without being too invasive or "pushy". They genuinly share with you their life and knowledge without expectations. The coffee making process is very interesting, not too long and very dynamic and inclusive. The guys are all very kind and gentle and they never make you feel like this is some aort of "artificial" tour just made up for the tourists. The walk to the waterfall was amazing, totally worth the little hike. I highly highly recommend it.
