Arrival Day
Moshi Town - Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, guests will be warmly welcomed by our driver in the arrival hall. Look for a sign with the lead traveler’s name or your own if traveling solo. After completing arrival formalities, guests will be transported to Keys Hotel in Moshi town for an overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park - The adventure begins after breakfast at the hotel, with a departure around 8:00 am to allow ample time for game viewing in Tarangire. Known as the third-best wildlife park in Northern Tanzania, Tarangire is famous for its elephant herds. Visitors can also spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, antelopes, and more.
Tarangire National Park is a top choice for bird watchers visiting Tanzania, boasting over 250 bird species.
Central Serengeti National
Serengeti National Park - After breakfast at the lodge, guests will cross Ngorongoro to reach Serengeti National Park. Before leaving the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, there will be a surprise visit to a Maasai family to learn about their daily life, followed by a journey to Serengeti for a game drive.
The Serengeti game drive begins around 7:00 am, exploring the Seronera area, with opportunities to see rare small cats and other active morning animals. Day and evening game drives will follow the great wildebeest migration in Serengeti, with a family dining setup in the bush.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Located in northern Tanzania, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to the vast volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and the “big 5” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino). Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration. Livestock belonging to the semi-nomadic Maasai tribe graze alongside wild animals. Hominin fossils found in the Olduvai Gorge date back millions of years.
Northern Serengeti
Serengeti National Park - An early morning game drive in the Serengeti North offers a chance to witness wildebeest crossing the Mara River and observe morning-active animals and hunting. After breakfast, a full-day game drive follows, focusing on wildebeest crossings and big cats. After game viewing and sunset photography, guests return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Northern Serengeti
Serengeti National Park - Guests have the option to wake early for a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti at dawn, which should be arranged with the safari guide the night before. After the early morning game drive, breakfast is served at the lodge/camp, followed by a day spent exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti National Park with a packed lunch.
Northern Serengeti
Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, guests leave the tented camp with a packed lunch to spend the day in the expansive savannah plains of the Serengeti National Park. This area is the largest part of the Serengeti-Masai Mara Ecosystem, extending into Kenya and hosting the annual wildebeest migration, where millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles trek thousands of kilometers in search of pasture and water. The Serengeti is also home to a remarkable variety of wildlife and birdlife. In the evening, guests return to Heritage Mara-Kogatende.
Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Departing early from the camp, guests head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with game viewing en route. Arrival in Ngorongoro is in the evening, with an overnight stay at Rhino Lodge.
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater - An early morning adventure in the Ngorongoro Crater offers high chances of seeing the “big five.” The crater also features a stunning soda lake with flamingos. Lunch at the Hippo Pool Picnic site is an unforgettable experience. In the afternoon, guests leave the crater for a cultural tour of the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes at Lake Eyasi. Overnight at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge.
Visit Hadzabe People, Datoga
Lake Eyasi - Capture sunrise moments with the Hadza, including village and family scenes and hunting activities. Early morning drives to the Hadzabe Village offer insights into their hunting and gathering lifestyle. Visits to the Datoga people reveal their farming practices, including growing onions, maize, and other crops.
Transfer to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport
Lake Eyasi - After breakfast at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge, guests will depart for Arusha, with a drop-off at Mount Meru Hotel, or proceed directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport for onward flights.
