First time trying mosaics, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Matt gave us the instruction to be successful, and we created fun pieces in a very short period of time.

While the experience was a good one and we are happy with our products, we felt there could have been more instructions on options, the process itself, and how to maximize the use of supplies, etc. We paid a significant amount for a class with the expectation to receive more formalized instruction and have it conducted as a class. Also, we were doing most of the inquiry of what the next steps were and we still didn't utilize the 2 hours we paid for and left early because we were done. So, again, while the time together for our team was a good one and worthwhile, we are a bit disappointed with the lack of instruction as it pertains to the cost we paid.

We did a mosaic class, and it was a lot of fun. I thought the class was supposed to last a couple of hours, but by then we were FAR from finished with our pieces, so they let us stay until we were finished. It took us till 5:00, but they seemed happy to still have us there and celebrated our completion. It was satisfying to finish a project and not feel pressured. They taught us what we needed to know to do the project and were very encouraging and patient. I would definitely recommend a class there. Plus, they donated half of our class costs to help the Ellicott City flood recovery efforts, which I thought was great!
