Recommended - Excellent. Friendly efficient good company communication. Aziz picked us up outside hotel on time. Everything ran smoothly. Pilot was good and very entertaining. Flight was fantastic. Saw the sunrise. Lots of other balloons made quite a spectacle. Smooth landing. Breakfast good. Toilets clean. Worth the money. Recommended

One of the best things you can do whilst in Marrakech - We had a wonderful experience and can highly recommend this company. From start to finish everything was professionally done.

Hot air balloon experience - Whilst I have rated this review 5 it is because of the ballooning was incredible as was the Berber breakfast. However being picked up and dropped off was not great. Our driver didn’t seem to know who he was picking up and from where! Then just played his music really loudly there and back. I should have tipped up but just didn’t feel like he deserved one!

Nice ride - This was a wonderful experience. Everyone who organised it was super friendly and welcoming: our driver Yesin, the very sweet and funny Mohamed who served us refreshments before the flight and breakfast afterwards, as well as everyone who manages the logistics and communication. The balloon ride was smooth and pleasant, with a great pilot - Anas. Although not a flight exactly over the city of Marrakech, the landscape is beautiful, stretching over the fields and Atlas Mountains! Beautiful sunrise views! Lovely breakfast afterwards with tea, coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, bread, pancakes, olives, oil, honey, tomato and cucumber, and very convenient transfer. The only thing that bothered me had nothing to do with the tour organisers, but with fellow travellers. People just lack consideration for others. I shared the space in the basket with tall people, while I’m relatively short. They didn't care to squeeze in a little or move a bit from time to time so that I could enjoy the same open views. I was mostly confined to a part of the basket obstructing the view and I felt like I was interrupting their private experience as soon as I stretched my arms out to take some better photos. It was a greater effort for me to get these shots, while those next to me spent the entire flight posing with wide open background. So I would kindly wish for future guests to consider that this is a shared experience and that if you’re a tall person, you can be kind and allow someone shorter than you to stand in front of you, at least for a few moments.

Gliding through the clouds to see the sun rising - What an unforgettable experience with Captain Holger! He's a super enthusiastic pilot who transports his guests to the magic of a hot air balloon ride from the very first moment. During the journey, he actively involves everyone, enjoys taking photos for his guests, and even climbed through the clouds to let us admire the sunrise – a moment we'll never forget. His experience shines through: you immediately feel comfortable and safe. He knows how to turn the balloon so everyone can enjoy the full view, and the landing was truly perfect – soft, controlled, and even onto the trailer so his team doesn't have to lift any heavy objects. As an added service, he takes beautiful 360-degree photos outside the balloon, which you can download for free from his website. Details like these show how much passion he has for his job and for his guests. After the landing an amazing breakfast is being served and also your certificate is being handed over with your name in the Arabic language and captain Holger does a checkout if you really enjoyed the trip and if you want he also has some tips to visit or eat in the beautiful Marrakech 🙏🏻 In short: a fantastic pilot, a wonderful experience, and highly recommended. So much more tranquil than I expected - Everything went so smoothly - liftoff, ascent, and descent. Views were epic and surreal. Total flight duration was about 45 minutes, distance traveled 4.2 km (2.6 mi) per GPS. The captain was so skilled, we landed exactly onto the back of the flatbed truck that is used to transport the balloon cabin.

Rising above the fog. - The weather was against us, there was heavy fog and at one point we thought we wouldn’t get off the ground. We then drive a short distance and the weather cleared a little. The balloon was filled and off we went. We broke through the clouds and enjoyed glorious sunshine and views of the far iff Atlas Mountains. What a great experience. I don’t think the organisers could have done anything more for us in difficult circumstances. Would recommend. Thanks for a great morning.

I was able to tick it off my bucket list,they communicate well and take all the safety measures.They monitor the weather - It was a nice experience , it wasn’t quite a sunny day but we had fun. The traditional meal was good .There was a lot to choose from.Made new friends and the pilot was nice

Magic moment! - Great adventure. Ussef picked us up from the hotel and brought us back. On arrival on the scene, very warm welcome with coffee, mint tea and cake. After the flight, a hearty breakfast was waiting for us. Not to mention our pilot who answered all the questions. Thank you to the whole team for this experience. I advise her.
