Family Atlas day trip - It's always tricky when you book a tour online before knowing anything about the place you're visiting - then add children into to mix and I want to know everything possible. The answer is Trekatlas! Ahmed was responsive from my first enquiry to the minute we arrived on the tour. I was nervous once in Marrakech as the tour offered hotel pick up and it was clearly evident no car was accessing the vicinity of our riad! However, as promised we were contacted the day before with a convient pick up spot and our driver was ready and waiting 2 mins from our accommodation. The day tour was a great escape from the sensory overload of Marrakesh (as wonderful as it us) - we love the mountains! Our boys (6yrs and 10yrs) would have managed the walk but the experience of riding a mule was an added bonus and great to know we had the option when needed. Lunch is wonderful, traditional and plentiful! We cannot recommend them enough!

Solid but soothing and culturally enriching trek - Very nice and well organized trek through the atlas mountains. Idrisse was a very pleasant and quiet guide who was always ready to answer questions. The accommodations were also certainly in order and the food prepared by the cook sublime. I definitely recommend this formula!

Authentic adventure in a beautiful scenery - Just got back from an amazing 4-day trek in the Atlas Mountains with a friend. Our guide, Driss, was super friendly with interesting stories about the local culture and history. The food was another highlight. We had delicious lunches in the most beautiful mountain spots. And after every day of hiking, we’d arrive at a cozy guesthouse to cookies and tea.

Snowy trek to Aroumd Village - Ahmed and his team were amazing from start to finish. Great communication, great organisation, and big emphasis on safety - which was important given the big snowfall that happened the day before our trip. Overall just an amazing experience. Big shout out to our guide Abdul!! We will definitely be back soon to tackle the summit of Toubkal! If you’re thinking of going to the Atlas Mountains, you’ve found your guys

A day trekking - Highly recommend Trek Atlas. We booked in a trip with them, smooth transfer to and from Imlil and then hooked up with our guide (Lahcet) who took us up into the valley above and for our food which was amazing. Overall really good experience and would recommend.

Fantastic one day trek with Berber feast - We’re glad we found Trek Atlas and we support all the glowing reviews! They were friendly, professional, prompt and helpful over email when planning, reliable on the day and their one day hike options were perfect for us as we were based in Marrakesh and had limited time. Our guide was Abdul who was knowledgeable, thoughtful and fun to spend the day with. We felt in safe hands and really enjoyed the day. The feast at the Berber family home was a real treat. In fact it was so good and generous that our only recommendation to Trek Atlas is to maybe have it later in the day if possible as it was quite an effort walking uphill afterwards! Thank you Trek Atlas. We’d certainly choose you again!

Great day, great people. - Truly a great product with great people. I wrote to Ahmed to inquire about options for our trip to Imlil, he was very helpful in suggesting an option that was also customizable based on what we were looking for. The weather complicated things on our original planned day. Ahmed proactively stayed in touch and relayed information before eventually having to cancel because the roads from Marrakech to Imlil would not be safe based on the rainfall. Later that day Ahmed reached out and confirmed that we wanted to do the trip the following day after he had assessed the conditions would allow us a visit. We chose to depart our hotel later than planned to catch up on sleep, and Ahmed was more than accommodating and flexible. Upon arrival in Imlil we were warmly greeted by Ahmed and our guide Nour and they allowed us to get settled, grab a bite to eat and explained the specifics of the day. The trek itself was perfect. Would not change a thing. Nour, our guide, was informative about the region and was just a pleasure to talk with throughout the day. We shared a great lunch (snacks, tea and a very substantial lunch!) with an amazing view of Toubkal and had an enjoyable conversation with Nour. Overall, could not recommend enough. Not only is the product outstanding at a fair price, but the people are warm, kind and welcoming - truly great ambassadors for Imlil and Morocco. Morocco and Imlil were a true coup de coeur and it was in large part due to Ahmed and Nour.. we look forward to going back, and Ahmed will be the first person I go to for planning our next trip to Imlil.

An Unforgettable Family Trek with Atlas Trekking - My four children (ages 11-16), my husband, and a few friends took a three-day trek with Atlas Trekking, and it was a life highlight for us. The hike was gorgeous, and the guides were incredibly kind. They brought two mules along in case the kids got tired, and we all took turns riding them. The guides were wonderful with my kids and won our hearts. They helped them build snowmen, and when my daughter developed altitude sickness, they were very concerned and took excellent care of her. Ahmed was very communicative from our first contact and designed a trek that was ideal for children. We celebrated New Year’s Eve during the trek, and Ahmed kindly arranged a delicious cake for us.

Day excursion - We went on a day excursion - Ahmed was super responsive as we only reached out the day before hand. He was very proactive and followed up to make sure everything was aligned and regularly followed up with the driver. Our guide was Mohamed and he was excellent - very relaxed and chill , knowledgable, spoke good English and was very adaptable to all suggestions and ideas on routes. Would recommend - no hidden fees or requests for tips or anything, though we did leave a gesture of appreciation.
