Best Hammam and massage - It was well organised, the staff were amazing from our driver Mohamed ,a big shoutout to him, who was very friendly and welcoming to all the amazing ladies at the spar. I recommend if you want to experience the best hamman in Marrakesh 😌

Felt good but ordinary space - This was not at all what we expected. Lo g drive out of town to get to a very ordinary looking beauty parlour. There really didn’t seem to be anything traditional about it except the method. My body felt amazing after the scrub and massage!!! Just felt it was a shame to do in that environment- not a traditional looking space. Also would have preferred to do it without my husband in the room. He couldn’t sit still Or handle the heat so I lost a bit of the Hammam experience.

Our opinion is mixed on the service - The steam room was really great! We really liked it. The girls were very nice. On the other hand we liked much less the massage part. The girls were just talking to each other whispering, which prevented us from being able to fully enjoy this relaxing moment. Also the one who massaged me with hyper rough hands which is very unpleasant, and she only yawned (it happens to yawn but please with a little more discretion)

Sick??? - Everything was wonderful except the massage therapist that gave the massage to my friend was ill. She was sneezing and coughing all over her and now she is getting sick. How is she supposed to enjoy her time in Morocco while she's sick? I also thought it was completely inappropriate that they asked for a tip to be put under the rug

Rip-off. Massage and Hammam 30 minutes each, no tea at the end - The pickup worked great and the driver was very nice. The massage was carried out by a young Moroccan woman who had a complete cold and was just sniffling. Really disgusting because she didn't even have the decency to wear a mask. When I asked her about it, it was bluntly ignored. The massage lasted only about 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. The Hammam also went only 30 minutes and was in a cold room and was performed unlovingly. No comparison to the Hammam I got for half the money in Egypt. There was no tea at the end, as it is in the description. You are cheated here, as the organizer did not respond to my complaint either. Please do not book!

Choose something you can see in advance - Chaotic and ridiculous. There is no disclosed place. Instead you are supposed to be picked up. The driver contacted me in plenty of time to confirm the time and location of the pick up but could not or would not disclose where the destination was. Why would I send my wife and daughter off to an unknown location with a stranger? I cannot comment on the quality of the spa. None of us actually made it there.

Poor - The massage did not last more than one and half hour but i spent more than one hour waiting for the car driving everywhere to pick up other client. The quality was poor and the spa people didnt seem to have any experience. I do not recommend going there.

No pick up driver - This rating is not on the hamman spa itself, its on viator pick point in Marrakech I book this experience for 2 people waiting for pick-up at our hotel. No driver shown up so we never had a chance to do the spa. We waited over an hour
