Wonderful - Alex's Hospitality was above and beyond. I was a bit of a beginner with snorkeling but after about 10 minutes of careful instruction and adjustments from Alex I he was able to maximize my experience. The tour is absolutely amazing and the celebratory drink with a banana twist was very delicious. Thank you Alex for this wonderful adventure!

Moorea Lagoon Tour - Alex Lagoon Tours was amazing and would highly recommend. Just book this excursion! He broke with lagoon tour in 4 different ways to make it interesting. This first was a tow snorkel where we saw so many turtles and rays. The second was standing with reef sharks and interacting with rays. The 3rd was a guided snorkel through a coral garden and the last was a self paced/guided snorkel at the reef's edge. Alex clearly knows the lagoon very well and provides a safe and fun tour. My entire family had a great time. And one of the best things about this tour is that it is small. No more than 6 people. You are not 1 of 30 on a boat desperately trying to engage with the aquatic life. We also started early - most of the time we hardly saw anyone else.

100% worth it - The best tour we have took so far. We are a family that likes to travel and create new memories through experiences. Alex tour was by far the best we have taken, it is not only the good energy of Alex, it is also the tour is small and he took us to places where nobody was around. We get to enjoy one of there bets snorkeling places and the reef for ourselves only!. Alex also swim a little loop with us to show us the reef in one of the spots, and I'm not exaggerating: it was unique and marvelous experience. We will treasure this tour.

Top Tier/Unique snorkeling - This tour will take you off the beaten track and give you a unique experience. Alex stays away from the highly trafficked tourist areas and took us to an amazing coral garden, to see tons of sea turtles, and to feed and swim with sharks and rays. Cannot recommend this experience enough, Alex is an incredible guide who gave us an incredibly unique experience. The whole thing was topped off with snacks and a homemade rum drink!

Highly recommend! - Had a great experience with Alex on a tour to see the corals, turtles, sharks, and rays. The group was small and the experience felt intimate and special. We went during rainy season and even though it rained on us for part of the tour, we still had a fantastic experience, if anything it added to the feeling of being immersed in nature. Alex is a welcoming host and it feels like you are being taken on an adventure by a friend who also happens to be a local expert.

Best Lagoon Tour in Moorea — Hands Down - We did several snorkeling tours in Moorea, and Alex’s lagoon tour was by far the best. He keeps the whole experience interesting and takes you to amazing spots—some where it feels like you have the lagoon all to yourself. This is The Best Snorkeling Experience in Moorea - My snorkeling excursion around Moorea was the highlight of my visit to French Polynesia. Our guide, Alex, made the day extraordinary. He was warm, flexible and incredibly accommodating—adjusting the pace and route based on our group’s abilities and comfort levels. He was punctual and kept us on schedule while still allowing plenty of time at each stop. The trip began with a very easy introduction to snorkeling. Alex towed us slowly behind his boat while we hung onto a rope, giving everyone a chance to get comfortable with the gear and start enjoying the underwater scenery. Our next stop was the famous sandbar where stingrays and reef sharks congregate. Alex was meticulous about safety. He explained how to interact with the marine life: the stingrays are curious and love to be petted, while the reef sharks might come close but you shouldn’t reach out to touch them. His guidance and calm demeanor made everyone feel at ease, and we were able to enjoy the thrill of seeing these animals up close without any anxiety. Following the sandbar, Alex provided us with a snorkel loop to explore on our own. It was a great mix of independence and structure, letting us discover the reef at our own pace while knowing exactly where to go. The final part of the tour was a secluded, tranquil coral garden. Alex led us through a maze of vibrant corals, pointing out unique species and sharing his knowledge of the ecosystem. There were no crowds—just our small group and the incredible underwater world. This was by far the best snorkeling I’ve ever done. Alex’s professionalism, friendliness and adaptability made all the difference. I can’t recommend this tour enough to anyone visiting Moorea!
