Moorea uncovered - Great experience. Bring bug spray and water. Guide was personable and got us introduced to other people on tour.

Be careful what you book. - Be careful before booking this tour. It is on a bench in the back of a pickup truck. Wouldn’t suggest this for families or older people.

Picked us up late and denied a partial refund - On the day of our tour, we were not picked up.at the committed time. I messaged the tour company and they had not responded after I initially messaged within the viator app. After waiting for over 20 mins a local came up to us to help us. I showed her the picture of the guide and she was able to figure out who the person was and called to let them know we were waiting. Had she not called they would have never came to get us. It was only after that contact that they messaged in the app advising that he was coming. I requested a PARTIAL refund because we didn't get picked on time and our excursion started 45 mins later and it was a 2 hour tour. We could not experience the full excursion because of the late start by the vendor and our tour was scheduled for us to make it back to the ship on time. So we paid full price for a 1hr 15 min tour instead of a 2 hour tour. Very disappointing experience and response by the vendor for denying a partial credit request. I'm grateful for the person that helped us at the dock, this tour company responded to my message via the viator app only after the local had helped me.
