Excellent Bushtucker cruise - My husband and I had an amazing time on this cruise — it started with the wonderful crew; Daniel, Josie & Alannah and the delicious bites made with indigenous ingredients. The commentary throughout the experience was precise, educational and perfectly balanced — informative without ever feeling overwhelming. The drink selection was fantastic as well, and the cocktails were outstanding — I’m not usually a cocktail person, and I was genuinely impressed. It’s a very enjoyable and relaxing experience cruising down the Mooloolaba canals. Be prepared to go barefoot (although the crew were very flexible if you’re wearing appropriate footwear), then just sit back and relax — the background music was great too. The grazing bites provided won’t replace lunch in most cases, but the wharf has plenty of restaurants to choose from right after the cruise. Huge thanks to everyone involved — we’ll definitely be doing this cruise again.

Book Now! - I highly recommend this cruise for everyone - it's up to us 'white fella's' to educate ourselves about our First Nations history. As a bonus, - you'll hear from Simon about the history of this area, how try to imagine how this beautiful part of the world, land, sea, sky might have been before colonisation - you'll get to taste delicious foods, carefully prepared and beautifully presented, using local bush tucker ingredients - you will support a young family who are living their dream and sharing it with us - an added bonus, support other First Nations businesses Thank you so much to you all of the team at Eco-Cruises, from your beautiful shop front, gorgeously restored sailing/motor boat, scrumptious food and warm welcome was a total pleasure for me to experience. Keep enjoying what you're doing - you are total legends!

Awesome cruising along the canals of Mooloolaba - We had a wonderful experience on this cruise. Simon, the captain, is so knowledgeable about the history, culture and food of the area. The food was delicious and it was great to learn about how the traditional people use the seasonal foods of the area. It was fascinating cruising along the canals learning of their history. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and Simon was a dab hand on the didgeridoo.

Recommended experience - Such a calming experience. Was amazing to kick back from our busy lives for a few hours to eat, drink and listen to lovely music. The information and facts were awesome too. We love how the company is so environment focused, giving back to the land where they can. 100% recommend the bushtucker cruise. The sunset cruise with live music is also fantastic.

Can't wait for the upcoming Curated Plate festival with this team again. Also returning for some more of their tours on the Mool - We had an absolutely unforgettable experience today on the Bushtucker Cruise with Saltwater Eco Tours. It’s honestly one of the best ways to immerse yourself in Indigenous culture while enjoying the stunning waterways. The storytelling, history, and connection to Country shared by Simon (Owner/Skipper) were deeply meaningful and engaging. Kubbs looked after us all ( family of 5) serving up these delicious canapés. Most professional and top service, and she makes the best Chilli Margurita too. Tasting the native bush tucker was a real highlight—so many exquisite spices and flavors that were both unique and absolutely divine! It gave us a whole new appreciation for how the local Indigenous people have sustainably foraged and prepared food for generations. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a deeper, more flavorful connection to the land and its traditional custodians.
