Between 1799 and 1855, Sainte Antoine Cemetery was the final resting place for around 70,000 individuals, many of whom were laid to rest in mass graves due to a series of Cholera outbreaks that affected the city.

Currently, the old cemetery lies just beneath two of Montreal’s most beautiful and frequented urban parks – Dorchester Square and Place du Canada. These locations are a significant hub for paranormal activity in Downtown Montreal.
