Very convenient and... - Very convenient and informative way,to see some of the highlights of Montreal. We were fortunate enough to get a seat on the top deck. Our guide was very informative and engaging.

best way to see the city - our go to sight seeing option in every city we visit. good value and a great way to see the main attractions before you decide which to visit. good local commentary makes it a fun couple of hours.

good experience - besides the one time we had to wait for an hour which was caused by traffic issue downtown, overall experience was great; tour narrators were knowledgeable & humorous; they hit all the ‘must see’ spots; recommended

Loving theon and off bus in Montreal - Bet all the employees including bus drivers and tour guides were informative, extremely friendly, and went out of their way to help you in any way they could. Specially, Debbie, Frank, the driver, and Raphael, another tour guide.

Timetable for stops was... - Timetable for stops was hard to find but a great way to take a 2 hour tour of the city, especially on beautiful days!

Overall great tour to take but not all tour narrators are created equally. - This is a great and efficient way to get around most of the iconic parts of Montreal. The only thing is that some of the narrators mumble into the microphone which sometimes cut in and out. A prerecorded history of the sites and a selection of languages like other hop on hop off buses in other cities would be great. We did have one lady who spoke clearly into her microphone and she was very informative. One narrator shamed people leaving for not leaving a tip for him by saying, “Karma” and “how Christian of you.” It seemed that the narrators who sat at the top of the bus had a better connection and knew how they sounded so they could adjust their tone or volume accordingly so we could hear what they were saying.

Chaos and uncomfortable experience - We had no idea where the stops were, they were not marked. We had to wait for 3 buses before we could get on. No maps were available. They were too full. The bus was old and uncomfortable. The sound system made it difficult to understand. Rather than being a continuous loop, we had to get off and on another bus. Lucky for us the second bus was nice and we could understand the guide. Unfortunately that was only from the last stop back to the first. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Disappointed - Tour operator was terrible. Did not give any history, only pointed out what things were by name. We were very disappointed. When we hopped off to visit Mount Royal and got on a different bus the tour operator was excellent with all kinds of historical information about everything we saw. Unfortunately we only had him for a couple stops. We did not feel like the tour was worth the money with the first operator.
