Great activity and visit! - It was very informative, interesting and our guide was really great! We were also lucky enough to see several animals for which the explanations were clear and complete.

Great tour - We were a little worried about this tour since it was raining and cold but our tour guide was excellent. He made sure we had a great time and took good care of us. It was a Great tour! Highly recommend

Don’t miss this coffee/chocolate tour - I loved this tour! Rusvel was generous with his knowledge; his Xóchitl-making in the Wonka room was my personal highlight… close second was his description of their “honey coffee”. I hope the cacao nibs make it home!

Recomend - Really informative and fun tour! You learn about the processes involved in making coffee and chocolate and get to sample the various stages. The night tour doesn't go deep into the forest but we saw loads of wildlife including sloths and snakes. Our guide marcelo was also very engaging and humorous and made the experience even better.

Great Value - Tour was very informative, learned much about chocolate and coffee growing and production. The night tour was OK (saw the first sloth our guide had seen on the property.). Also, very good that the tour is on gravel and paved pathways as it is quite dark. The combination is a great value for the price.

Interesting guide, okay night tour - The tour guide was interesting and enthusiastic. The night tour was okay. There are alot of groups going through and it can be noisy.

Good chocolate, bad night walk - The part of the tour about the chocolate and coffee was pretty cool. We really liked our guide. His English was superb. However, I do think this company is trying to do too much and is obviously focused on doing tours for money. I would highly recommend doing a night walk at a different place. This reserve was very small and there are a lot of visitors.

Save your money - Wonderful guide. Loved hearing about how they make the chocolate. Didn’t get much info about the coffee and the night walk was sad. We saw a frog.

Barely adequate & forgettable - This would be a okay experience if it cost half as much (and maybe took half as long). The chocolate and coffee tours were really basic. You walked into a chocolate room, then a few coffee rooms. You ate some chocolate and coffee beans. It was an educational tour, but nothing exceptional and not worth the money. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I imagine (hope) you could do better. On the night tour, I think our guide was trying to find interesting things on the tour, but compared to other nature guides/tours we've had, this one was really just going through the motions on a track. You walk around the farm and see what you see, which I'm guessing is probably not much on most nights. I felt like we were aimlessly wandering through a rainforest farm in the dark with very weak flashlights. After about ten minutes, I was ready to leave. I wouldn't recommend this tour. It was very commercialized and had none of the spark of other tours I've been on. Your time/money could be better spent elsewhere.
