Had a Great Time - Our guide Polo is responsible and knowledgeable. He could answer any questions about Monterrey and the attractions. The vehicle used is very comfortable and spacious. Small group size allows personal attention from the guide.

That quick, back to nature away from the hustle n bustle of the city. Beautiful! - Our guide Polo, over the top, cordial, fun and attentive. Would highly recommend this tour for a quick back to nature, unique tour with expansive views of Santiago from the high vista, great food options and simple fun. The waterfall and hike were quite cool and refreshing on our warm afternoon outing.

Incredible tour with best guide, Polo - Wonderful environment with the best guide, Polo. He showed the waterfall and its region, had fantastic discussion during, he is excellent in English, friendly, open. Afterwards he drove us to Santiago. Showed very very interesting places, we got super impression about the everyday of people. He choose super local restaurant, could taste many (6) local specialities. He was incredible kind, flexible to our needs. Thank you so so much Polo, you are the best!

Nature, tradition and good foods - 3 in 1 - The waterfall and the nature park offer a fantastic experience for those who are sensitive to the beauties of nature. Our guide, Polo, is committed to preserving nature and respects the forces of nature. He knows many beautiful places and shared interesting information with us. Visiting Santiago was a special experience. We could feel how important honoring the dead is in Mexico. Polo also showed us a very good restaurant where we could taste the flavors of Mexico.

Nice experience with rich food - It is a simple tour in terms of physical effort. The waterfall site is accessed through a path with several spaced and wide steps. We recommend going on the 9 am tour because you will enjoy the space without crowds, especially if it is on weekdays. Our guide Demetrio was very friendly and with High Availability (in covers) in giving us time to take pictures, inspect the area and even enter along the small shops that are located before entering the waterfall area itself. It is beautiful to see the rock formation that is generated with the fall of water over the years. The area remains very clean and the efforts of the tenants and the authorities to maintain such a pleasant space are appreciated. At the end of the tour, our guide took us to a magical town called Santiago that also looks clean and beautiful. We went to eat at a restaurant that is also a hotel and spa, called Las Palomas. The restaurant is spacious, fresh, clean and the food is delicious with very reasonable prices. It was a beautiful day thanks to the kindness and interest of Demetrio because we had a nice time. Super recommended.

Beautiful morning in the mountains - We were lucky to have Emmanuel as a tour guide. He picked us up on time in a clean car and told us all about the history of Monterrey. He got some great pictures of us at the waterfall and in the “Magic Village” we stopped at afterwards. We had afternoon plans and Emmanuel was very accommodating in modifying the tour based on our needs. Would definitely recommend!
