The adventure starts with a brief walk along one of the world’s unique paths, the Buco di Montepertuso, which lends its name to the village. Along the way, I’ll share legends, history, and traditions. The route winds through steps and natural stairways, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, including oaks, holm oaks, strawberry trees, and chestnut trees. We’ll admire various floral species and medicinal plants, and as we ascend, we’ll see terraces cultivated with vineyards, lemon groves, and vegetables. Here, life is genuine, marked by hard work and resilience. We’ll gaze out from a natural balcony offering a breathtaking view of Positano. The journey concludes in a family cellar that has been in operation for four generations, where I’ll tantalize your taste buds with ancient flavors paired with our wine. We’ll share a family experience with local people, embracing the joy of good food and an unforgettable day together.

• Farm Appetizer - Cured meats from our farm with vegetables from our garden, with typical cheeses from the Lattari Mountains such as provolone del Monaco and fiordilatte from Agerol.

• Eggplant parmigiana - Eggplants fried with flour and eggs, layered with mozzarella, parmesan cheese and basil. Baked and served with typical toasted bread

• Rigatoni with ragù and meatballs by Nonna Colomba - Rigatoni dish served with meat sauce and farm meatballs with fresh homemade tomato sauce.

• Pasta and beans from Montepertuso - Mixed pasta with tabacchino beans cooked in a terracotta pan with the addition of cherry tomatoes, garlic and celery and extra virgin olive oil

• Tiramisu - Savoyards soaked in several layers of DA coffee with mascarpone cream, dark chocolate flakes and finally a sprinkling of cocoa powder

Everything is done with love that is passed down from our grandparents. Come and discover Positano from the workers’ side, we have no luxury, we do not have a whirlpool bath but only a lot of passion for healthy eating with the perfect mix of eating in a natural setting similar to an amphitheater in my town Montepertuso. Before tasting our products we will take a nice walk to discover this village of Positano with many legends and incredible stories.
