You will be welcomed with a good aperitif of prosecco, smoked cheese, and salami. We love to share with you two different kinds of gnocchi recipes. The first one is with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano cheese. The second one is our unique family recipe: gnocchi with limoncello. Wonderful Way to Spend a Day! - This was the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi coast. Emily and her family were so welcoming and made the experience truly enjoyable. First, Emily helped to arrange transportation from Positano to the class site. The class was very well organized and there was little downtime. She used the freshest ingredients, many from her own garden. Emily explained each recipe, the history of her family and how they use the recipes, and then clearly demonstrated each step. There was a lot of hands-on participation and it felt like a party, even though we were with other people we hadn’t met before. We were given the recipes at the end and several pictures that the host had taken during the class. We ended the class by having a large feast with all of the food we had made. It was a wonderful way to spend the day and I highly recommend this tour.

10 stars ⭐️ - If you don’t do anything else, take this class!! Emily was such a hospitable host and was so helpful with transportation and getting to her home. Her home is beautiful and her family is very sweet. The whole class is based off her family and grandmothers passion for cooking and hosting. This was definitely my favorite experience during our time in Positano and worth the price!

Our favourite Amalfi Experience - What a special day! We will rate this one of our favourite experiences during our Amalfi stay. Warm & genuine family hospitality! Emily was very helpful & went out of her way to assist with transportation. She shared precious family history while we cooked... I can't wait to try the recipes at home. Thank you! Highly recommend... 5 stars!

Our favorite experience by far! - Of all the things we did on our two week family vacation to Italy, this was our favorite. Emily and her family are such generous and gracious hosts and we learned so much from them and had lots of fun in the process! We made lemon tagliatelle, ricotta ravioli and tiramisu. We really enjoyed their beautiful home and meeting the other family who took the class with us.
However, what I loved the most was how much Emily’s grandmother meant to her. There is so much care and love in the recipes and the stories and even in the land. She said her wish is to share her grandmother’s food with families across the world. What a beautiful way to honor her lineage and share a little love along the way!

Fun, wholesome cooking class! - Emily and her family were so lovely, they have many stories about their traditions and other family members. The home is outside of the main hustle of Positano, but they arranged shared transport to make it easy and much cheaper.
They made us feel so welcome into their home. The cooking class was very fun and we definitely learned a lot. Would for sure recommend this class!

A Beautiful Experience of a Lifetime - Emily and her family were the absolute best hosts. They welcomed everyone into not only their home but their traditions, their passions, and their history. My wife and I wanted to experience an authentic cooking class while on our honeymoon and when I tell you this was beyond our expectations I cannot emphasize enough how amazing it was. Thank you for the amazing experience, hospitality, and making us feel like part of the family.

BOOK IT! - ABSOLUTELY BOOK IT!!! Emily & her family were amazing! She not only taught us so much about cooking, but also about her family history and the history of Positano. So much fun, our favorite experience in Positano!! The food was also absolutely delicious and the views were amazing!

Authentic Italian Cooking and Family Warmth! - We joined this cooking class as two couples, and it was one of the best parts of our trip! Emily and her family welcomed us so warmly into their beautiful home, where every detail felt intentional and full of meaning. From the handpicked garden ingredients to the décor honoring her grandparents, you could feel the love and history behind everything she did.
The class was perfect for all skill levels — Emily gave clear, patient instructions as we made fresh gnocchi and tiramisù. She even sent us the recipes afterward so we could recreate the experience at home. We also met wonderful people in the class, highly recommend this excursion!
