The operator will join the table with guests to share the history of the family business, the philosophy behind natural wines, the production processes, and the sensory characteristics of the four wines, paired with croutons and local cheeses, our extra virgin olive oil, and our acacia, chestnut, millefiori, and pollen honeys.
Depending on the season of their visit, guests may witness some of the production processes such as harvesting, foot pressing, vinification, bottling, and labeling, all done manually.
The aim is to convey the love and passion invested in the work. The tour duration varies with the number of guests, typically lasting from one to over two hours.
