Nexus Tour was great! - Nakeisha is wonderful!! She’s friendly kind and most importantly she resolved my issues with airport transportation! She also sold us once in a life time epic excursion to the Blue Hole and Dunn’s River Falls she said it would be great for what we got and was amazing and affordable!!

Customer Service - Chantelle Morris assistance was phenomenal. When confirming my departure she checked my boarding pass & email & discovered that I had my times wrong. She went over & above to get me back on track. Had she not had such great knowledge & customer service skills, I would have missed my ride back to the airport. I am at the airport now (on time) due to Chantelle quickly noticing my error.
She is a great asset to your company and she has a great smile. 😉

Transfer airport hotel -hotel airport, super organized - I bought the shared transfer with Nexus online. From Montego Bay Airport to Hotel De Cameron roundtrip. We were 5 people. Inside the airport we approached booth n° 15 of Nexus in that area there is a lot of booth with different companies (there we showed you our QR) a person gently took us to the parking area, there was an air-conditioned combi, already with people sitting, loaded our bags and went upstairs, we waited 30 minutes for the combi to complete and we were taken to the hotel. On the way back, they also met the transfer back to the airport , the Nexus combi has been 10 minutes before the scheduled time, waiting for us, they left us at the central gate of the airport, they lowered our bags and those of the other passengers. I highlight punctuality, and responsible driving of drivers both on and off. I recommend them!

Disgusting customer service, stealing money - Your tour representative at the airport MBJ stole $30 cash from us by promising me that I would have round trip transportation if I paid her cash. She walked my 70 year old mother and myself into the tour bus and took the cash from me. When I got to my hotel Riu Montego Bay Jamaica and got off the bus, one of your tour representatives from the Riu Lobby approached me and said everything would be fine but to come the next morning at 10:00am to complete the round trip reservation I had organized at the airport. When I went at 10am this morning, the same representative and another woman from your company with her were very obstinate and rude and said they would not honor the reservation because I did not have a receipt after I had already explained what happened at the airport and I didn’t have a receipt. I then expressed my discontent and they got nasty. When I started to walk away, the one that looks like a dog started singing church music behind me very loudly, then got up and started following behind me singing church music loudly. Now, I’m out of $30 USD cash bc your company rep stole it from me with a false reservation at the airport and your disgusting representative were acting like animals in the hotel on my second day behind there and I have no round trip airport transfer after PAYING $30 cash to your representative that she walked me and my mom onto the big orange bus at the airport and took the money from me and said to talk to your rep at my hotel’s lobby. I am beyond p*ssed and will be leaving negative reviews on trip advisor and Google

Airport transfer stranded at arrival gate - Do not book with them thru Royalton Blue Waters resort. They will leave you stranded at the airport. It’s a scam they will Include a broken link email you will not find your reservation but your hotel will be confirmed. Their customer service sucks they do everything by email the employees can’t call a superior they have to email and wait on a response. They scammed me out of 50 dollars at the airport. Didn’t provide a receipt for proof that I paid my own airport transfer. So the employees kept my 50.00 usd and probably split it with each other.
After calling nexus they were unapologetic he said he probably looked out for you What ? I repeated my problem 3 times at the hotel still didn’t get a response yet and it’s Wednesday now been trying since Monday to get my ride back. Ended up booking the AMSTAR online for 40.00 for 2 people back to the airport tomorrow. AMSTAR is professional and always on time never had a problem in the past . The women at MBJ arrival gate was horrible/attitude problem made my trip very unwelcoming and killed my vibe. I was due at Royalton by 1:30 I didn’t get their until 3 because of their bs. Do not use them. Use AMSTAR for your excursions and transfer. They kept passing the buck blaming the resort and the resort blaming nexxus. Do not depend on them they will leave you stranded. I wouldn’t trust them on an excursion they might not come back for you . And will not give a damn.

Very disappointed - No one picked us up. Mobay personnel attempted to assist us without success. We spoke with one of your representatives at the airport who stated they didn’t have our names. I was very disappointed
