All tours start by the Rose Hall Great House Gift Shop which is located to the left of the Great House. When you enter the Rose Hall Great House gate, follow the short stretch of road, turn left at the end, follow the road to our gift shop and general parking lot.

Fun Jump Scares! - This was a fantastic experience! I don't remember our guide's name, but he was super-knowledgeable and had a really fun, energetic personality! It was a cool, fun tour-- with more than a few jumpscares-- and it's a beautiful home with a lot of interesting history. Great experience all around!

Great tour/great experience - The tour was wonderful. We went on the after dark tour to get the whole spooky experience. The mansion has been fixed up to be as historically correct as possible. The tour guide was excellent in her presentation of the history and any scary things she could weave into the story. The actors sneaking around as ghosts did a great job and were a huge plus for us.

Not as expected - I was advertised (my opinion) as an authentic tour but it’s set up more like a fun haunted house and there’s no a/c so it was extremely hot and miserable. We couldn’t wait for it to end
