Stress free travel - Club mobay made customs and immigration so easy. Arrived at the sandals lounge in 10 min after disembarking. Lounge on departure is great too, since you have to be at the airport 3hrs early for international flight

Always worth it. - The folks who took care of us were exceptional. During the couple of hours we were there, the place was clean, the food was tasty, and the beer was cold.

Excellent Experience – Highly Recommended - My wife and I recently used Club Mobay for our late-afternoon departure and were really glad we did. The fast-track through security alone made it worthwhile — we were first in line and through in less than five minutes. The lounge itself was much nicer than I expected. It was comfortable and relaxing, with good food options that were actually quite tasty. It wasn’t crowded while we were there, although the staff mentioned it can get busy at times. Overall, it was a great way to end our trip to Jamaica and definitely worth the cost. We would use it again.

March 2026 - The experience at club mobay by gate 7 was extremely satisfying. Staff was friendly and even excited to see us again, 2nd trip since January. Food was good and staff explained a couple of dishes/desserts.

Why did we wait so long to TRY THIS???? Don't hesitate! - In the past, we have used Club Mobay Sangster International arrivals services and have had great experiences. Up until now we didn't really see the point of getting departure services - until we tried it this time... OMG - we will use the Club Mobay Departure services EVERY TIME we come home from Jamaica, from now on!! It was amazing, relaxing, delicious, and very carefully supervised for "crowding". They ushered us through every part of the security protocol, greeted us with happy smiles and kindness at each kiosk and podium. The processing time was so fast compared to our usual fumbling and bumbling. We are senior citizens ages 68-75 and were treated so well and given clear instructions, which we appreciate so much. We had an excellent server, Sabrina, who we never had to ask for anything because she was so proactive about making sure we had beverages and were content. The food at the lounge was positively crazy-amazing - I can't believe how much they put into the buffet for the minimal cost of their services. They had everything our party could want. Given that we had a really crazy, frustrating trip home afterward, I felt the time at the VIP Lounge helped us be more relaxed and less upset afterward. I am so grateful that we had this introduction to this amazing departure service. Thank you, CLUB MOBAY Sangster Airport Departure Lounge and Staff. We will ALWAYS plan to see you again on our annual trips to Jamaica.

Great end to our trip - This was a great end to our trip while waiting on our flight. To start, we avoided the long line through security and was able to go through a separate security entrance. The lounge area is soothing and relaxing. Comfortable seating. A small buffet, but still plenty to choose from. The pastry pies were delicious! The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Club Mobay arrival and departure - We used both arrival and departure. Arrival - food was amazing, you order from a perset menu. The quesadilla was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a long day of travel and wanted to sit and eat before our 1.5 hour bus ride. It was awesome to have someone walk us through the immigration and customs process. Departure - Noone there to greet you, but a nice little buffet, VERY clean washrooms, and comfortable place to sit while you wait for your flight. You can leave (they give you a wrist band) to shop and go back. Again, the staff were amazing. They have an adults only section which was nice. Highly recommend using club mobay

Great experience from touchdown to wheels up! - From touchdown and being greeted, through the entire arrival process our arrival was amazing. What took hours our first trip to Jamaica took minutes! When departing, not only the lounge was clean but the entire airport was great despite devastating weather. Staff at the departure lounge was friendly and our "walking bar" was intent on making sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Everyone we interacted with had a smile and seemed to enjoy what they do. Will be back in April to go through it all over again and will continue to use Club MoBay in the future, along with recommending it to anyone traveling to Montego Bay!

Arrival excellent, departure less so - Arrival was excellent. Host was helpful and we processed through immigration etc. very fast and we were very impressed. Departure processing was good but unassisted: but still worthwhile. The lounge experience was awful. Not very courteous. No admission until 3 hrs before take off which was not stated prior. Our flight was delayed by 7 hours but we had no lounge access for the majority of that which defeated the point for us if paying for lounge access. No quiet space in the lounge when we were finally granted access and staff were not very friendly. Again, very different to when we landed.
