The operator arrives at the airport ahead of the client’s scheduled arrival time. Upon reaching the arrivals area, it is essential to have a signboard. The signboard features bold letters displaying the website name and the client’s name. Once the guest is received, they are warmly welcomed. The lead person is then checked to confirm their name and accommodation destination for clarity. Clients are seated in the holding area while the operator retrieves transportation for their pickup. Upon returning to the holding area, the operator assists the client in getting seated while loading their luggage, and offers a complimentary beverage, either beer or water. During the drive, the operator inquires about the client’s flight and place of residence. It is necessary to ask the client about any special needs regarding stops on the way to their destination. Upon arrival, the operator wishes the client a safe and enjoyable vacation or flight and encourages them to contact Viator for any additional needs while in Jamaica or for future travel.

Transport guests from the Airport to their accommodation in Negril or vice versa, the total time of travel from the Airport to Negril is approximately 1.5 hours. We also offer a complimentary drink upon arrival. Our default refreshment options are Beer and Water, available only upon arrival. However, we can accommodate requests for stops during our journey to and from the Airport.
