Great experience with this company and!!! - Highly recommend! We used this company for a private airport transfer. Much cheaper than Tui’s prices!! On arrival, the lady on the arrivals desk was really friendly and welcoming and ensured we were directed to the pick up area quickly!! Taxi was already waiting for us. Great cab driver called Wayne who got us to our hotel quickly and safely and gave us local history/information along the way!!! On departure - our flight was delayed, Ritchie the manager and his team arranged for a later time pick up outside of the pre arranged time which was greatly appreciated. It gave us a couple of extra hours at our hotel!! Cab driver Shandie was very funny and friendly and a very safe driver!! All in all a great experience and would highly recommend this company and their drivers!!!

Super driver - Hard to reach them by email, or by whatsapp and you only have Wi-Fi! We waited 30 minutes, after our arrival and people working at the airport started to contact them. Driver rt benefit in the end. All right, except this problem... I wait for the return!

Never Again! - Waited 1 hour for them show up. Noone waiting at airport had to call service provider 3-4 times and was told that I will be charged an extra $50 USD for them to pick us! Only after I agreed to pay more did they decide to come to pick my wife and 2 kids up. They blamed the site and said Montego Bay Royalton Blue Waters is not in Montego Bay. Very misleading on the add.

Avoid JACONNECTTOURS – No-show and tried to overcharge! - I had a terrible experience with JACONNECTTOURS. The driver failed to show up at the airport as scheduled. After spending time searching for them and asking around, we eventually found a lady who was able to reach the driver by phone. To my shock, instead of apologizing for being absent, the driver from JACONNECTTOURS demanded more money. He claimed that the rate charged by TripAdvisor was incorrect and refused to honor the booking unless I paid extra. It was incredibly unprofessional to hide behind a phone and ask for more cash after failing to even meet us at the arrivals hall. Had he shown up to speak with me in person, I might have at least listened, but this felt like a complete shakedown. I immediately canceled the booking and requested a full refund. I ended up taking an Uber instead, which was actually cheaper—and the service was so good I was happy to leave a generous tip. TripAdvisor, you should seriously consider removing JACONNECTTOURS from your platform. They are unreliable and predatory. Save yourself the headache and just book an Uber or a different reputable service.
