Kitesurfen - Pleasant and quiet location right next to the kitesurfing spot and with the best service you could wish for when kitesurfing. We stayed in the room above the kitesurfing school right on the beach. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the sound of the waves. It was great to see the sea first thing in the morning. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The dinner was more than enough and with plenty of choice. You sit at a long table with other guests (kitesurfers). This creates a good atmosphere. Coffee, tea and water are available throughout the day. The internet is very good. You park on site, which makes everything feel safe. On recommendation, we enjoyed lunch at a good restaurant on the beach. Accept the simplicity and a cold shower, and you'll really enjoy your stay here. It's a wonderful escape from the tourist crowds. On the first day, I sailed without shoes, but I wouldn't recommend it. Be careful if you want to learn new tricks, as it's a shallow kitesurfing spot. Further away from the beach, it is deep enough.

The best kite surf teachers - Best kitesurfing school in very safe conditions with experienced instructors. This place is an experience in real nature. The water is shallow and safe and the best place for a beginner indeed. Very safe camp and kind hosts. A wonderful vacation with guests from all over the world, adventures and dinners together.

Kite Paradise, Wonderful People, & The Best Vibes! - I have been to Kite Buen Hombre twice now, and am currently planning a 3rd trip (all as a solo female traveler)! This is where I learned to kite, Buen Hombre ocean and beaches are absolutely beautiful, always windy & warm (no wet suit!!) but what keeps me coming back is the great people who own this camp!! Riin and Micky will make sure you are taken care of 100%, they have family style dinners where you can have great conversation with people from all over the world, and as a beach lover myself- this is the most beautiful and friendly beach I have ever visited. If you want to learn how to kite, or if you're an experienced kiter looking for a beautiful destination for your next kite trip, this is it!!! All around great vibes I love this place :)

A truly magical place - This is a truly magical place, and a transformational trip and experience. The people are all amazing, the instructors, Riin, the wonderful women who create magic in the kitchen, I loved every minute! I met the most incredible friends and truly wish I could have just moved in... The wind blew every day, the guys at the kite school make sure kites are ready to go until after sunset, and just do everything they can to help you kite every minute possible. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, rustic, and cool. If you're a person who likes unusual and special places rather than the typical tourist stuff, you'll love it here. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! Love and magic for those who want to master the elements and seek genuine kindness and happiness - If there is a word for my experience, then I want to call it lovemagic on all accounts. Let’s start with the people both running the place and the people I met, this is love and friendship for life. Then let’s talk about the place, it’s pure nature, wild and magic, which connects me to learning to kite and become the master of the elements. It took me a full moon ride in the night to trust and combine instincts and elements but after I went out in the middle of the night on my own - magic happened and I connected nature with myself. I want to thank the team for having the patience with me as it took a few weeks but also for their efforts to keep a place as natural as it can be. So my advice to luxury seeking travellers, go to a resort but to those who seek an authentic location, team and experience and who can deal with with shared bathrooms and saving water and living and learning from nature. You found the people and guardians and the place.
