Best Monaco Tour! - This was the best tour hands down to visit Monaco! We drove the F1 circuit, toured a perfume factory, drove through the city and heard so much about the history of the area. The changing of the guard was also a nice touch. Highly recommend!! Our guide was Fatima and she has to be the best guide they have!!

Great Trip!! - Jaoued did a wonderful job showing us around Eza, Monte Carlo and Monaco. He was very knowledgeable about each town and gave us time to explore on our own. He also recommended a fabulous restaurant for us in Cannes and another city for us to explore.

Tour and intro 101 of lovely Monaco - There is a lot of walking up hill and lots of stairs, but worth it because it is a beautiful tour. Our guide Jaoued was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very nice. He was also a great driver and very courteous. Jaoued went the extra mile to make sure everyone on the tour was kept interested and involved. We all learned a lot about the riviera, Monaco and the impact of the Roman Empire.

We had an amazing tour of... - We had an amazing tour of Eze, Monte Carlo, and Old Town Monaco, made even better by our excellent guide, Ian. He was prompt, informative, and gave fantastic sightseeing recommendations at every stop, helping us make the most of each location. From breathtaking views in Eze to the charm of Old Town Monaco and the glamour of Monte Carlo, Ian’s insights and tips added so much value to the experience. The views alone are worth the trip, but with Ian as your guide, it’s a must-do. Great value for the price—highly recommended!

Views, History, Monaco, Perfume and more...for the win! - Thin, our guide, was excellent. Really knowledgeable about local history, current affairs and a great sense of humour. He organized our day to mitigate potential hazards (Macron and the UN in town) which meant we had a super smooth trip via Eze gardens, with amazing views if the Côte d'Azur, then on down in to Monaco with a stop on the way for an aeriel overview. Really puts it all into perspective! Got there with time for a wander, shop, bite to eat and then see the Changing of the Guard at the Palace. Wandered back to pickup via Cathedral and an obligatory ice cream stop. Home via the Fragonard Perfume Factory for an interesting high-level walk through of perfume production with exit through the well-stocked shop.
Overall an excellent trip. Our comfortable VW minivan had perfectly functioning AC and lovely fellow-travellers. It was a lot of fun.

This shore excursion was... - This shore excursion was a great way to get a taste of the French Riviera as Jaoued could show us the important highlights and bring us back on time for our cruise.

Other options would be better! - I booked this trip weeks ahead of time, and although the communication with Viator was good before the trip, the details about WHERE to meet the guide were not detailed enough! Our group of 4 came off the Virgin Cruise ship and expected to see our guide on the pier holding a sign with our name on it, per their instructions. However, we walked around for 20 minutes trying to find him, and finally found him across the street, in the shade, holding a small sign. We then had to walk 15 minutes in the hot sun to the van! The worst thing about the trip however, was the van was packed with 8 customers plus the driver, and it was extremely HOT. We kept having to ask the driver to turn up the AC, which eventually stopped working altogether! At our first stop, after an hour drive, the driver changed out the van for another one with an AC that worked. However, even that van was uncomfortably hot the rest of the day! The driver/tour guide was OK but not great. We skipped the perfume tour, which was supposed to be part of the trip, and barely made it to Monaco in time for the changing of the guard. Overall, it was a long and uncomfortable day, and WAY overpriced for what we experienced.

Unfortunate - We were on a cruise and meeting driver off our tender. We informed tour guide we were on tender so he knew we were on our way and they replied with a 🩷. When we got off tender and walked to meeting spot no one was there. That is when I looked on what’s app and they said they left. We tried to have them come back and they said they did, but we were standing at entrance of parking lot and no one ever returned (based on description of car/plate).
This was very disappointing and our only negative experience after 12 other ports/tours with other vendors.
We’re waiting on a refund and are disappointed as we were looking forward to this experience.
