• Fort Jesus Museum - Guests will be collected from the port and transported to Fort Jesus. This is Mombasa’s oldest museum, showcasing the culture and origins of the local people, including the beginnings of Swahili. With a guide, visitors can explore the historical influences of the sultans. Additionally, various exhibitions provide insights into the local culture.

Visitors will enjoy strolling through the narrow streets of Mombasa’s old town, passing the renowned fish market before heading to see the elephant tusks, which serve as monuments to the ancient (now illegal) ivory trade. Afterwards, there will be a walk through the market, followed by lunch featuring local dishes to sample the regional cuisine.

• Haller Park - After lunch, guests will be taken to Haller Park. This is not a zoo but a free-roaming animal sanctuary created from a large, former cement quarry. There are many animals to observe, and depending on interest, the visit will last between 2 and 3 hours, after which guests will be returned to their hotel.
• Mombasa Tusks - These enormous aluminum tusks along Moi Avenue were constructed to commemorate a visit by Princess Margaret.
