Mama Stella, the delightful matriarch, is eager to share her culinary expertise and techniques with participants! Together, a 3-course meal will be prepared, with everything provided, from aprons to fresh, farm-sourced ingredients, ensuring a completely hands-on cooking experience! Local homemade refreshments and water are also included. After the cooking journey, participants will enjoy their creations with some Cretan wine. Any leftovers will be thoughtfully packed for you to take home.
Additionally, as a family involved in olive cultivation, an educational olive oil tasting is offered. Participants will learn to identify genuine extra virgin olive oil, recognize aromas, flavors, and bitterness, detect defects in lower-quality oils, and receive tips for selecting olive oil when shopping.
