100% go on tour with them! - Great service, great atmosphere, great activities to choose from. Had 100% gone there again!!
Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling (snorkel can be borrowed for free), water scooter, donut, speedboat
Paragliding was unfortunately not possible when we were, due to hot wind. But better that they are 100% sure that it is safe.

10/10 Experience - We had so much fun on the afternoon cruise with Afrikat on 28th July 2025! From start to finish, it was such a memorable experience. The catamaran was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views all around.
The donut ride, speed boat, and especially the parasailing were absolute highlights – such a thrill and so well-organized. Everything felt really safe and professionally run, but still packed with excitement.
The food was lovely – tasty, and plenty to go around. And the drinks were flowing all afternoon, which added to the relaxed, holiday vibe.
Massive thanks to the whole Afrikat team for an unforgettable day out on the water. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gran Canaria! 🎉🌊

A great day out with fantastic staff - We went with family on the afternoon cruise.And stopped off for swimming and optional water sports.Everyone really enjoyed it, kids had a blast swimming and on the speedboat and parasailing at the end.Food and drinks supplied.All the staff were great fun and very attentive.Id highly recommend the afternoon one, hotel pickup in a lovely air conditioned bus to the port then all aboard! The boat is spotless and very safe if your a bit nervous,we're definitely going again next time we're back.
Big shout out to Andy,Aoife and Captain Andy for making the day so special.

- An incredible experience well worth the price, we did the donut ride and speedboat experience which was worth the extra cost. The entire day was lovely, and sorts you for a full day of activity around the coast. Would definitely recommend the afternoon cruise if you aren’t a group with children, as it was much quieter and mainly adults

Superb afternoon spent on a lovely boat - This is a must do activity when in Gran Canaria. From the moment you step on to the boat you feel you are in very capable hands. Chilled music throughout, friendly staff and loads of room on deck ( unlike other cruises). Plenty of time to swim/snorkel as well as extra activities available...so glad I went with Afrikat

An absolute blast - Afrikat is the highlight of our holiday 😍 this was our 2nd time and is such a great trip. All the crew are so welcoming and helpful.
The CEO Potter was not on board for our trip but was on a boat close by and swam over to greet us and took time to chat and make sure everyone was having a great time. The water activities are fantastic and very well priced.
We can't wait to see all the guy's next year for more fun and sun.

Chilling on the cruise - What a fantastic relaxing, chilled afternoon my wife & I had. The Afrikat was immaculate and the crew were so friendly and helpful with Potter one of the guides/crew making it laugh a minute. Would definitely do again !

Nice trip but a little too heavy trip with the donut. - The trip itself was nothing to say about. We were allowed to sunbath and swim just as expected. A little disappointing that it was served warm and flat beer at 30 degrees, that is too bad. I kept on with water after that. The food was as well, quite straightforward. But the portions were surprisingly small. It gets a little limited on such trips and I have understanding for that.
We used the opportunity to ride a water scooter and take a walk with the donut. 32 euros per person for water scooter and 10 euros per person for tour with the donut. There was a lot of waves that day so the trip with the donut was unfortunately a very bad experience. We received no security reviews or warnings in advance about how we should behave in the donut. It was full speed from the start and with a very inexperienced boat driver. I had to give signs after very short time that this did not go because my body took too much jolly in the big waves combined with high speed. It was impossible to hold fast. Finally got in touch with the boat driver and then got to get over the boat. But the damage had already happened. The left elbow had gained a push, the left biceps had gained a stretch and probably some ripped muscle fibers and the left shoulder was sore. In addition, the back and neck were slashed and both ankles had a blow. These are injuries that may go over after a while, but it is very annoying to end the holiday with a sore body. This could go really bad. I know after talking to others who were on the same trip that they had bruises, kicks in the neck and pain in the back. I would recommend having two in the boat. One who drives and one who can follow what happens on the donut. And not least, if there are many and large waves, adjust the speed a little better and prepare the participants.
So the tour for my part was colored by this event with the donut, and therefore I give only a 3’er this time. But the trip isolated view was nice and the crew friendly. Am I going to take the trip again? Yes, I think so, but then it will be without luck in the donut.
