Worth the drive - La Vendetta
Don’t let the lack of reviews deter you from this tour. has a vast knowledge of the traditional ways of Modena Balsamic Vinegar. We were luck enough to to get a tour during the time that the vinegar was being processed from the grapes and we were able to smell the amazing aroma of the process. There’s many different options for taste and its was very hard to choose our favorite. Because of the amount of information that was given to us on the process and what makes good vs great vs the best we now consider ourselves vinegar snobs. This is a family owned and run business, we met the father, son and granddaughter. It is a beautiful place and was a wonderful experience. I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of everything this place had to offer.
