- TerraQuilia - La Cantina - The activity offers a dual experience: one in the Acetaia and another in a cellar located in the Modena hills. The journey begins at the vinegar factory, where the first food and wine experience takes place, before moving on to the cellar. During the activity, you’ll learn about the production processes and stories that make Modena’s black gold, Traditional Balsamic, so captivating. At the end of the explanation, you’ll sample 5 different types of balsamic. Next, in the cellar, you’ll tour the vineyard and production area, and taste three different types of wine paired with local cured meats and mountain Parmigiano Reggiano! Comfortable clothing is recommended. Infants, children, and teenagers are welcome to join, but only those aged 18 and over, or those at least 16 years old with explicit parental permission, will be allowed to taste the wine.

The Acetaia is located in the ancient country farmhouse, immersed in the greenery of the plain, while the cellar is on the hills of Modena and thanks to the special position, you can enjoy an exciting view!
