  The tour kicks off with a guided visit to a cheese factory, where participants will learn about the production of aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The local producer’s staff will conduct the visit, ensuring all questions are thoroughly answered. The tour concludes with a tasting of various ages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, along with freshly made ricotta.
• Castelvetro di Modena - WINERY / Following this, there will be a visit to a local winery, including a guided tour of the facilities to explore Lambrusco, a sparkling wine from northern Italy.
• Province of Modena - BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA /
  The journey continues with a visit to an “Acetaia” to uncover the production process of the renowned “black gold,” the exquisite traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, with a tasting session at the end of the guided tour.
• Province of Modena - LUNCH /
  Lunch will be served at a charming estate nestled among the gentle hills of the Modena area, accompanied by water and local wine.
• Museo Ferrari - On the return trip, there will be a stop at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, featuring cars, images, and trophies that have defined the brand’s history, offering a glimpse into the creation of the world’s most beautiful cars.
• Bologna - The journey concludes with a drive back to your location, marking the end of this delightful experience.

In this all-day adventure, you’ll get acquainted with some of Italy’s most renowned brands and delicacies originating from Emilia-Romagna. We’ll collect you in a minivan from your location in Bologna, Modena, or Florence (ensure you select the appropriate tour option) to kickstart your perfect day. A visit to local manufacturers will introduce you to the production methods of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and Lambrusco sparkling wine. Following the tours, you’ll sample these products to appreciate their unique flavors. An exploration of the Ferrari Museum is essential to witness the globally known supercar brand, Ferrari. And the day wouldn’t be complete without a meal at an enchanting estate nestled in the tranquil hills of the Modena region. Your day concludes with a journey back to your location by our driver.

When choosing the SELF DRIVE OPTION, you are expected to journey in your PERSONAL vehicle. NO TRANSFERS are included.

• All the visits and tastings will be held by the local producers’ staff, no private guide is included
• The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar / storage / etc the temperature could be low even during summer period.
• The exact pickup time will be communicated by the operator in a separate message, please make sure to leave a cell number with any messenger
• When you select option “NO TRANSFER-Full day own car”, it means that no pickup or transfer between the locations are included. You will need a car to take the tour with this option.
• Pickup from a meeting point will be from P.za XX Settembre, the square in front of NH De La Gare hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Bologna central train station. The van leaves at 07:55 or 08:55 am (based on the option selected), and will not wait for late comers. If you arrive late to the meeting point because of train or other transportation delays, we won’t be able to accommodate you, to send a refund or to reschedule the tour to another day. We kindly suggest planning extra time for your journey to avoid any issues.
