The journey begins in the heart of the Chianti region, known as “Chianti Classico,” where visitors will explore a local winery that produces a variety of Chianti wines and premium olive oil. A family member will warmly welcome guests and provide a guided tour through the vineyard, cellar, and tasting area, offering samples of different Chianti Classico vintages, Vinsanto, Grappa, and some fresh local delicacies.
Next, the tour continues towards the “Colli Fiorentini” area. As the journey unfolds across the stunning Chianti landscape, guests are encouraged to ask the driver to stop for photos at their favorite spots!
The next destination is an ancient and enchanting castle in the Montespertoli area. “Sonnino Castle” is a historic farm and winery that produces high-quality wines and olive oil. The family still resides in the castle, which houses numerous artifacts of Italian history, inspiring many books with its rich heritage.
During the visit, guests will have the opportunity to taste three exceptional wines, “Sonnino” extra virgin olive oil, cheese, jam, ham, pasta, and Vinsanto with cantuccini.
