Valley of Fire State Park - Start the day refreshed after a good night’s sleep, with a convenient pick-up from your hotel! No rush or waiting around; after the Vegas trip, a restful night and a hearty breakfast with coffee set the stage for a promising adventure. Once everyone is picked up, we embark on a short hour-long drive to our first stop, where a brief hike serves as a warm-up. This allows everyone to get acquainted, assess activity preferences, and identify key interests.

Virgin River Gorge - Kick off the journey with an engaging Cultural and Natural History presentation, setting the tone for the wonders of the Southwest Eco Tour.

Grand Canyon and then on to Lees Ferry and Lake Powell

Grand Canyon North Rim - Experience the most magnificent view of the Grand Canyon from the superior side! The North Rim boasts more wildlife, more accessible trails into the Canyon, and significantly fewer tourists compared to the crowded South Rim.

Lake Powell - Witness the iconic Horseshoe Bend, enjoy a short hike at “The Chains,” and walk the Dam with its breathtaking drop into the gorge. Relish the sunset and savor another exquisite dinner, followed by a stay at a luxury hotel.

Morning at the Lake, Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods

Monument Valley - What can be said? Monument Valley has featured in more Western movies than one can count! Then, venture “Off the Beaten Track” to the Valley of the Gods! At sunset, this location often offers a more intimate setting with fewer people, allowing for phone camera videos (video recording is prohibited in Monument Valley, but still photography is allowed).

Valley of the Gods - Explore the towering formations! Then, head off for dinner and enjoy the excellent Bluff dwellings.

Canyonlands and all the Arches you can handle! Then a Fine Dinner in the mecca of Moab.

Canyonlands National Park - Enjoy mysterious vista hikes and marvelous arches: this is Angel Arch Heaven for the adventurous hikers. For a more relaxed experience, the Picture Frame and Balcony Arch stand tall.

Goblins and Hells Backbone Grill!

Goblin Valley State Park - Featured in the movie “Galaxy Quest,” these fantastical formations are a sight to behold! Spend this day exploring hideouts and retreats for some private moments on the Sacred Circle.

Capitol Reef National Park - This is the “Hike” of the trip. If you’re feeling energetic, let’s go! A 2-mile, 1000ft elevation hike, steep but rewarding. These massive formations and arches lead to a deep, peaceful quiet, creating special moments to capture with stunning photographs that will impress everyone back home!

Easy Day! A spectacular drive and vista at the world-class Bryce, then rest and relaxation after the previous day’s hike

Bryce Canyon National Park - You’ve seen the pictures, but nothing compares to being there! It’s so high, and the views are expansive… the high elevation usually means it’s quite crisp and cool. Enjoy the scenic drive.

Zoom to Zion

Zion National Park - The tunnels on the way in are amazing! Little windows offer sneak peeks as you enter one of the world’s wonders. The final stretch to the finish line, the Virgin River holds treasures of flora and fauna on the float! Up the river in the ravine! There’s an excellent visitor center to relax at, and often deer, ducks, and birds like cranes can be observed. As the sun sets in the western sky, we bid farewell, returning to the bright city lights of Las Vegas.
