Dusty Riders - Very dusty. More introductions from guides and course direction. Possibly history of the area or staff on the breaks

The perfect desert adventure! - This was a great experience from beginning to end. The driver called us in the morning to confirm pick up time. Wear old sneakers - everything gets dusty. Driving through the desert was a lot of fun - and we were allowed to go much faster than I had anticipated. Overall, a fantastic experience. Oh - definitely buy the face and head covering in the vending machine before you start driving.

Friendly staff. ... - Friendly staff. Provided safety gear with educational videos prior to tour. Provided lunch with unlimited water. Tour lasted about 2 hours

Adrenaline Pumping UTV in Valley of Fire! - The trail riding was great, intense, Adrenaline pumping. Well worth the $, beautiful area, The Valley of Fire was impressive. I ride atv regularly and this experience got my heart racing.

Great views and ride...highly recommend - Welcoming hosts and great vehicles. They go through all the safety features and answer any questions you have. The tour is beautiful and a blast to ride through.

Convenient and worth the money! - Amazing! They pick you up from your hotel and take you back after. The trails were so fun. Lunch provided. You definitely get your money's worth! Highly recommend!

Rude Driver - Amazing tour - Van driver was extremely rude. We got text saying what time to be ready and then he called an hour prior asking if we were still coming. I tried explaining to him that we had gotten the text and he cut me off saying well I’m the driver and you need to be ready earlier. He told us he would pick us up in a white van. We were the first to be picked up and asked how many more were coming (so we knew if we needed to get in the far back of van) to which he mumbled and walked away. He spent most of the ride on his phone talking to other people. When we got to the park, he was pushy and rude asking for our licenses and did not explain anything to us. Several people were standing around confused as to what was happening. Once we got on the tour with the tour guides, everything was amazing! Would highly recommend that tour group again. On the way back the driver again didn’t talk to anyone until the very end when he was again rude to 2 passengers telling them he needed them to give directions to their hotel and it better be on the other side of town because he lived on the other side of town and this was an inconvenience for him.

Tour Great! Viator communications POOR - The communication via Viator, tour company and purchaser was terrible. We waited for an hour and half for pick up due to Viator instructions. UTVing in the Valley of Fire was a blast! I went with my college ages son & he thoroughly enjoyed zipping thru the red sands and rocky outcrops!

Good Adventure, Aweful van ride - Transportation was late picking everyone up causing us to be late to the ATV Adventure causing the instructors to rush us to the course at an extremely high rate of speed. Was dangerous for people that did not have any experience. Overall it was a good Adventure however the van driver sucked bad. Ran stop lights ran stop signs drove extremely fast on the freeway with 12 people in the van. The van needs brakes, a tune-up, and new shocks
