Trekking to Ong Chua Waterfall
Y Ty Village - Visitors feel as though they are entering a different world, isolated from the rest. The road to Y Ty has been improved, no longer plagued by the muddy conditions of previous years. It is as beautiful as other upland locations.
After enjoying the scenery and having lunch in Y Ty, the journey continues along the Red River to Lung Po, then directly to Lao Cai City, and back to Sa Pa on the second day.
Ong Chua Waterfall - The most striking aspect of the forest road to Ong Chua waterfall is the majestic mountain landscape with ancient moss-covered trees. After the challenging trek, sitting beneath the Ong Chua waterfall and watching the stunning cascade amidst the vast, majestic mountain and forest scenery, all feelings of fatigue vanish. From a cliff hundreds of meters high, white water cascades down like a silk ribbon. Clusters of orchids cling to the cliffs, blooming brilliantly. At the waterfall’s base, the natural flow over centuries has created exquisite blue natural bathing pools.
