Alcababaz - a great tour - Well worth taking the guided tour. I was the only person booked for the tour, so I was lucky to have 2 beautiful and knowledgeable guides all to my self. Maria and her partner (sorry, I forget her name) shared great insight and context about the Alcabaza, from ancient to more modern times. In addition, they exuded kindness and warmth throughout the tour!

Informative tour at a great price - This tour was very informative. The tour guide spoke good English but she had a thick accent. It took me a little bit to understand her. Overall I would take it again. And I feel it was very well priced.

Tour in the rain - Our guide was very informative and we enjoyed our visit to the Alcazaba. Unfortunately, it poured with rain, which meant we hurried from points of interest to the next. I'm sure if the weather had been dry, we would have had more time to stop and take in the great views over Malaga. Certainly worth a visit. Some beautiful courtyards and Moorish decoration. The narrow walled pathways and multiple military gates would have made attacks to the fortress very difficult for attacking forces. Much of the upper levels are not open to the public.
We met at the glass pyramid next to the Roman Theatre and our guide talked about the discovery of the ruins, but we were not taken into the area, only viewed from the pavement. It appears that you would pay admission to this separately.

Beautiful history of Malaga - Interesting history and well described - the guide spoke very fast and I didn't always hear what he was saying. But it was beautiful to experience and you can ask questions - very knowledgable guide about the history and architecture.

This is a steep and... - This is a steep and continuous climb on uneven pavement. Not recommended for those with mobility issues or the elderly.
Our guide’s English was very difficult to follow.

Avoid this tour - The guide never showed up. We had to buy our own tickets. Moreover, the tour company refused to issue refund for the charges. Totally ridiculous.
