Our journey kicks off in El Borge, an enchanting white Andalusian village once noted for brigandage. After wandering its labyrinthine streets, we’ll make a quick pit-stop to appreciate the ancient Muslim fountain of Cútar.

Our steps then lead us to Comares, another white village uniquely located to provide one of the most breathtaking vistas of the entire province.

Following an unhurried lunch break and before looping back to our starting line, we unveil a surprise; a glimpse of one of the world’s most significant Buddhist stupas outside Asia and an old observation tower that has persisted in monitoring the valley since the days of Al Andalus.
