The Rock of Gibraltar - “Climbing the Rock” is one of Gibraltar’s key attractions. There are three ways to do this:

Rock Tour in a 6-8-seater vehicle
These services can be booked directly on-site. Occasionally, the cable car may be closed due to weather conditions (wind), and sometimes the Rock Tour vehicles are fully booked with cruise ship passengers. These situations are rare, and our guide will offer information and recommendations.

There have been no border controls since 15 July 2026, as Gibraltar is part of the Schengen area. This means anyone can visit Gibraltar with ease. Gibraltar is part of the United Kingdom, and payments can be made in cash (euros) or by card — no problem at all.
