Pleasant, interesting and above all not heavy guided tour - The visit was very interesting. The very prepared and very nice guide Imma illustrated the Alcazaba in all details and made us relive the feelings that both besiegers and besieged in the fortress could have. He told us briefly but exhaustively the history of Malaga and how the city developed from the Romans, passing through Arab domination and Christian reconquest. Experience highly recommended. - Highly recommend! My husband and I visited Malaga for the first time recently. A friend recommended visiting Alcazaba and we are so glad that we did. We did the tour in English and Cristina was a wonderful guide. She was engaging with everyone and provided our group with recommendattions for places to visit, restaurants, beaches, etc after thr tour was done. Wear comfortable shoes! This is a walking tour and there are some parts of the walk that are a little bit of a cilmb. It was quite hot the day that we went so if you can bring a bottle of water. Once our tour is done you are free to wander around and explore more. There is also a bar in the fortress that we visited after. It is mostly shaded and a beautiful place to sit and have a rest after the tour.

- We booked this tour without much expectation but we were thrilled! Our guide, Imma, was really good and made the experience fun and not heavy; she explained the history of the place by inserting funny anecdotes and curiosities. Really recommended!

Informative, fun, and overall terrific tour! - Our guide Raul was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, jovial, and made us laugh with his wonderful humor throughout the tour. We went with our boys ages 10,14, and 16 and Raul was fantastic with them, keeping them engaged despite the June heat and the uphill trek to the top of the castle. From a tactical perspective, we were given clear instructions on where to meet, Raul was at the meeting point on time, and came prepared with audio guides so that we were all able to hear him clearly. I’d definitely do this tour again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
