Foreigner friendly, best snorkel experience - Mashi was an absolute stud of a guide. His friendly and kind manners was very appreciated, and his English also helped us with understanding directions. Highly punctual, organized, and knows his way around the reefs for the best possible snorkeling experience! Foreigner friendly and great service! Hope you read this Mashi, you’re the best!

Great Miyako snorkelling experience - Mashi was a great tour guide and photographer! We enjoyed our snorkelling tour - we saw many fish, coral and a sea turtle and he took some great photos of us. The equipment was good and the pick up and drop off to our hotel was very helpful as we don’t have a car on the island. Mashi was accommodating to all needs and spoke good English 🐠

Recommended - Great experience from start to finish. Super friendly English speaking tour guides, great communication before the tour. Picked up on time as agreed. The guide took loads of pictures and sent them across to us afterwards. The area we went to was a little crowded (obviously not the guides issue) but we saw 2 turtles and lots of fish. Would definitely recommend.

Sea turtle tour - This was a great trip. The guide, Taku, was really helpful and knowledgeable and provided some great advice on where to go in MiaykoJima and the islands of Okinawa as a whole. Also had some helpful advice for Japan. We instantly saw turtles and it was an amazing experience. It was suitable for all levels, from experienced snorkelers to little kids (we had a pair of little kids in our group who were able to enjoy the experience). You also get to see clown fish which are very beautiful. The tour also offers some great personal pictures and videos for your memories, so no need to bring a camera with you (unless you really want to). Great time!

Everything I hoped and more - The tour kept me informed and picked us up exactly as planned. The equipment they provided was first rate, no leaks, no steaming up etc of the mask. Although quite a few groups were in the water too, our guide took us through some reefs where we saw plenty of fish in very clear waters. The guide also used his knowledge to highlight a puffer fish to us. We also saw clown fish so any families with youngsters who like 'Nemo' will be very happy. And of course we saw the turtles. I say of course, but it is nature and not a zoo so they are never guaranteed. Photos were also taken, including of us and sent via WhatsApp afterwards. Our group was relatively small, certainly under 10 so you always felt visible and safe. It provided everything I could hope for and the provision of the photos for free was a lovely touch. If you are reaching this before leaving home, pack some microfiber towels for drying off as hotels don't let you take theirs off site and microfibre pack really small.

Nice tour, need to improve environmental awareness - A very easy trip with wonderful underwater views. They picked us up and dropped us down from the hotel, the only things we need to bring is towel. We saw dozens of fishes and a sea turtle. Though there were a few groups around, we took turn to take nice photos and swam with the sea turtle. The guide took care of us well, always check if we are ok and make sure we do not go to the dangerous place.Would be nice if he could remind the participants do not step on the coral and pay attention to the rubbish they keep in the pocket, don’t want the sea turtle canteen got destroy by us.

Good experience, well organized. - The organization was perfect. EN support, DE quality material. The spot by the DE the beach is very beautiful. We are lucky DE swim with a turtle, it swam a few inches DE us and came to the surface to take its breath. We have also seen DE beautiful fish like “Nemo” and many others. However, many DE people and corals do not seem to be in their best shape. The mistletoe DE is at the top, we will receive photos from him (with turtle etc...).

This is the worst experience I have been diving for years - First show my qualifications to prove that I am not speaking blank. I have been diving and diving in many different countries, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Bali, Indonesia, and the Great Barrier Reef of Australia. And this time for the first time in Japan, but was scared by the Japanese coach. First is the change of clothes, what I bought was to pick up the dive, along the way the coach has not mentioned about the change of clothes time and equipment, etc. Until the parking lot, the coach said that the unnecessary items can be placed in the car and waiting, but we have always worn a suit, the coach did not tell to change. Wait about 10 minutes, the coach starts distributing dive equipment, we only realize we need to change clothes, then ask the coach where to dress, the coach said no. We asked to change in the car, the coach agreed but the car was not covered, embarrassing. Changing clothes at the same time, the coach is about 10 seconds apart, constantly urging us to change clothes as soon as possible, the attitude is disgusting, does the coach think we wear a suit and put on diving equipment? Can I change a dress in 10 seconds? Why is no change time reminder? Following past dive experience, there must be a change of clothing facilities and time, the easiest also equipped with a temporary tent or to the public toilet. Secondly, I am a mother with a 4-year-old child, and this company marks 3-year-old diving. Because the child is more afraid to fall into the sea for the first time, after the water has been held by the mother, the coach for the danger, hard to separate the child from the mother, to the 4-year-old child himself catch the bubble, causing the child to cry. After the child cried, the coach in a harsh way indicated that the child could not continue diving, and it was necessary to land. At the end, the child boarded the shore with his father, and the child was already covered in a psychological shadow, stating that he would not dive again. Following past diving experience, the coach will surely comfort the guests who are afraid of water and protect them, and what about children? No matter where, I've never seen anyone strictly separate the child from the mother, let alone in the middle of the sea, it's inhuman, let alone the coach is responsible for comforting emotions. The Hong Kong Diving Company recommends that children aged 4 are dragged by their parents to adapt and release their hands. The coach said that without a rescue team, the father and child could not play in the shallow water area, and could not return to the car again, and all of the accompanying items, including clothes, phones and silver bags, were in the car at the time. Due to the impossibility of waiting 2 hours under the empty shore, the father and the child wait in the shade about 3 minutes away from the shore. After the mother completed the underwater experience, the coach needed to find family, the coach left only one sentence "I don't know." This indifferent attitude is really surprising, if the team is not the family, but other teammates, the coach does not need to find back teammates? In addition, the mother did not ask for help from the coach, but only told her she needed to leave. On the way to finding family, found a public toilet nearby, available for changing clothes. But the coach allowed people to change clothes in the car. Finally, the other team members' problems, because the team members are late, the coaches are severely accused, the female team members hope to change swimwear and water again (male) coaches oppose and drag (female) team members off the car, and finally the team members wear a water suit. According to past dive experience, it is impossible for a trainer to put people under the water because they are heavy and may be attached to stones, etc., which is dangerous and affects the marine ecology. I don't know why, the girlfriend was recovered by the coach for the parking fee of 1000 yen, probably because of the late arrival?

Didn't Quite Live Up to Expectations - We were really looking forward to this tour, hoping to see some sea turtles and clownfish. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. The spot was very crowded with several groups, which made it hard to enjoy the experience. The water was quite cloudy from all the people moving around, so we couldn't see the marine life as clearly as we'd hoped. It was still nice to be in the water, but it just wasn't the experience we had in mind.
