This animation is exclusively for local adventurers! Upon arrival at the Domaine, participants are invited to explore the essence of our vineyards through a walking tour lasting about an hour. This is a chance to discuss the vineyard’s cultivation methods and enjoy various views from the Grand Cru Mandelberg over the Alsace plain, the Vosges, and the medieval towns of Riquewihr and Zellenberg.

The adventure continues with a visit to our cellar. Among the thunderbolts, barrels, and stainless steel tanks, there will be an opportunity to engage in conversations about the winemaking profession and the winemaking processes.

Finally, the activity concludes with a unique sensory experience:
• First, a smell workshop invites participants to discover the different aromas of wine
• Next, a taste workshop awakens the taste buds
• Finally, after the effort comes comfort! The animation concludes with the tasting of 3 wine pairings (toasts and spreads)
