Nice experience - Nice experience! Sea conditions were not the best but crew handled the boat safely and did their best. We saw a lot of dolphins and pilot whales. They did not stop looking for them until everybody was happy.

Okay not worth getting up at 5am - Good - food and pick up on time at 530 am at hotel Ok No whales - not in their control so didn’t get to see Bad Communication during boat not good of what we are doing lot of time wondering where we are going if we going to see anything Drop off not included driver that dropped us haggled Sat in boat at 540am left 645 am Got back 1045 am Real loud and obnoxious crew at 7 am talked really loudly when everyone was trying to catch shut eye Seats are hard and hurt

Quite disappointed unfortunately. - Big boat, lots of people and pretty crowded. Would have needed a speaker system for information from the staff. We had engine failure after a short while which meant that we lay completely still and just bobbed while they tried to solve the problem which took like an hour. Saw no whales whatsoever, just dolphins, some turtles and flying fish. Was served water, fruit. The staff was nice but we got no info whatsoever about the engine problem or if it would be compensated with extra time out or in any other way, and no it was offered no compensation whatsoever in the end. On the whole, I / we were quite disappointed in this excursion even though it is of course coincidences that make if you meet whales or not.

Choose whatever rocks ya boat - After getting in touch with the company due to the scheduled pick up not turning up, finally the tuk tuk arrived. Arriving at the docks in the early morning is the realisation that all these boats literally look exactly the same and I questioned myself, hey I wonder if that exactly the same boat with less people on it has paid a considerably less amount. The breakfast was a bottle of water and a sweaty cob or a fishy lil sandwich. I then got a banana, an hour later a cracker then an hour later a slice of water melon. But hey we've seen spinner dolphins, which was incredible great, I think it would have been better if all these boats stick together, I know this is just me, but did they see a whale, who knows lol ! So in a nutshell don't think luxury, it is just your everyday boat so if I was you when booking just choose any of em, they are the same,

Would not recommend them! - Took the tour on Feb 6. There is nothing luxury about this tour. The boat, in my opinion, had too many seats and passengers. They try to cram as many as possible. About an hour into the cruise, the engine failed. Here we are in the middle of the bay and there is nothing we can do but wait. They tried repairing, claiming a fan belt was broken. After an hour and a half, a smaller boat came with the parts required. After that they got going. However once about 3 hours were up, they said we have to head back as per Coast Guard regulations! While we realize there are on guaranteed sightings on such trips, of which we have done many in other parts of the world, we do expect their boats to be maintained properly. We were just bobbing in the ocean for an hour and a half! They would not even extend the cruise to make up for the missing time, which was no fault of ours. while they did feed us, that is not what we signed up for! All in all, a very disappointing trip and not a great operator.
